Your correct. Frank Capone spit the bit in 1924 so the Hoover appointment coincides with the timeline. Thought there would be more regarding Harding's demise since he was considered an ally for the bootleggers. I guess Coolidge was just "business as usual"

Anyone else catch Ron Livingston change his demeanor once Gillian came into the room? Wonder what's up with that.

      Is Doyle in trouble?

Also, glad to see Harrow back in Nucky's camp.

*Yeah, hopefully he'll change from the extremely boring character he's been all season.

*As far as Doyle being in trouble.......

Wow, Narcisse's subtle and not so subtle ruthlessness has really been front and center the last two episodes.

Now Chalky probably thinks Nucky betrayed him. Then there's the doctor.

            Poor Nucky.

Another stellar episode! When Nucky's nephew came in and told him about the Mayor and the Doctor being in Cahoots I just knew Chalky was toast.
I even had to pause it and prepare myself for Chalky's demise . Then he went HAM and it was spectacular!

Unfortunately, like JB said now Nucky is in all kinds of trouble now. The Doctor/Masseria knows he flipped, the Mayor is no longer his ally and Chalky most likely thinks Nucky set him up too. Not to mention Knox coming after him. These final episodes are going to be awesome.

Unfortunately only two left but it's going to be a heck of a ride. Upcoming is an episode titled "Havre De Grace", a place about five miles from where I grew up.

Gillian has been one of my least favorite characters on the show, but has been in some really compelling scenes. (ODing her son's look-a-like in the tub, scheduled slappings of a defenseless Commodore, and last night's brilliant setup).

I'm with Picci...^^^I really felt sorry for her.

Now I want her to get off, so I can see more of her, LOL. Her predicament has renewed her character.

I'd imagine that her story is over, as will be Chalky's by the end of the season.

They're going to need more screen time to devote to Chicago for the next season as we watch Capone rise to prominence with Van Alden in tow. Their storyline is only about ten times as compelling as Gillian and Chalky's combined.

I teared up as soon as I saw his face was back to normal. I knew that was the end of the road.

He was my favorite. This one stings.

I knew there would be complications for Harrow, because I couldn't see them getting rid of Narcisse, but I was surprised by the exits of Jimmy and Manny Horvitz, so anything's possible.

He was not only one of my favorites of BWE, but one of my all time favorites.

At least he did Jimmy one last solid on the way out. Jimmy's death has loomed pretty large over BWE the last few season and now his body has been discovered both of them can finally be put to rest. As much as I would have loved to see him get a happy ending, you don't pull the trigger that many times (especially in a series like BWE) and live to be an old man who dies in their sleep. It was an appropriate way out for him in my opinion, but damn if I'm not going to miss his character.

                                RIP
