Great episode, though I did feel like it was really slow in the beginning. It might have been because I was too excited that I was hoping for something big to happen right away. Either way, great episode.

Here are my predictions (some or all are pretty out there)

The beginning scenes of Walt going back to his boarded up house made me believe that the DEA already knows that he is Heisenberg. I was trying to read the "warning sign" on the fence, but I believe that they condemned the house too hazardous to live in which is why it's boarded up and fenced off. Which makes me believe Hank has already gone through the steps to take down Walt.

Which is what I find interesting. Walt has done such a great job of tying up loose ends that Hank really doesn't have anything to go against Walt. Not to mention he accepted drug money from Walt, so he can be associated with Walt if he's ever charged.

So Hank starts investigating the past murders to try and find evidence that Walt was behind all of them. He brings in Jessie, presents all the evidence and eventually get Jessie to try and turn on his old partner Walt. Revealing a full circle, as the first episode was of Walt and Hank taking down "Cap'n Cook"

The scene with Lydia was fascinating. It wants me to believe that Czech will come after Walt, but I can't see them bringing in a new enemy for Heisenberg when there are only 8 episodes left. My only thought is that, after Walt left the game, he put Todd in charge of cooking for the Czech. But Todd, being Todd, could not cook it as pure as Walt could, which put's Lydia's life in danger. Czech's eventually kill Lydia, and realize that Walt doesn't care and still won't cook, so they eventually send thugs to Walt's house and kidnap the wife and/or kids to provoke Heisenberg to cook again (Hence the Heisenberg graffiti on his living room wall). Heisenberg goes on his power trip and declares that he's the danger again, and goes on a manhunt.

In the end, I believe it will be Hank vs Walt and Jessie vs Todd.

Great theory. As far out as that theory is, I can see that happening. Looking forward to the next episode and others to follow.

I haven't watched this whole thing so I'm curious about something.
It's my understanding the initial point of Walt turning to the meth making was that he has cancer,is (or at least was) dying anyway so if he were to get caught it'd be no big so he can be free to make all this money. Now he's got all this money and isn't doing anything with it. So was that even the point to begin with?

Don't think everything has to be in spoilers, people are just being extra careful. Clearly though you shouldn't go in a thread for a show if you haven't seen the most recent episode.

The initial point was for him to make money to leave for his family after he died. They have spent money on Walt and Hank's medical treatment, among other things, but they, and especially skylar don't want to show any flash.

The show is also about Walter's transformation. His goals have changed, and he is a new person. This is an excellent breakdown of what the show is really about, covering the first three seasons.

This is the best show I have ever seen. The last scene of last nights episode was TOO badass. Im so glad they didnt milk their confrontation over a few episodes. Get right in each other's face and put it all out there. Im just so happy its back guys.

Remember when Gus threw up the poisoned tequila he had Don Eladio and the cartel drink down in Mexico? He folded a towel, put it on the ground, and kneeled on it.

Remember when Walter rushed into the bathroom to vomit? He grabbed a towel from above the toilet to kneel on.

That wouldn't fit the theory however. Unless Walt has access to the Breaking Bad TV Show for the flashback look.
