Based on everything, I'm starting to believe peoples theories from other sites that Savitar is actually

Barry from the future.

That'd be a crazy twist. Savitar says he knows everything because he's lived it already and that "future barry" trapped him in the speedforce(or something like that). Maybe he distances himself from actually being the former Barry Allen and everything bad that's happened in his life has one day turned him into Savitar.

Tonight's episode is the definition of pointless. Barry goes to the future, fixes things in the future, then goes back to change....the future which he just changed.

It was still nice seeing what would become of everyone after Iris died. Alot did happen though. Showing what really happens with Caitlin. HR still on their Earth. And Julian surprisingly alive still! Though that doesn't change me thinking he's gonna die soon.

And the last 5 minutes, Barry getting the key to stop Savitar, name of who can help him, and Caitlin finding out who Savitar is. And them confirming the iris death stuff happens on season finale date, though it was kinda obvious,but they did reveal the exact date.

For me exploration of the road(hopefully)not traveled, and the character growth that may arise from it is always interesting, even it only advances the plot a little bit. I'm okay with it in an eight episode season like Legion, so with a 22-24 episode season like this, I don't mind several episodes like this.

Part me think it is Barry but I was almost thinking maybe it is Jessie, but I think it might be Ronnie. Lol. This has been a very good guessing game lol

Haha. I'm total guessing future Barry. My 6 year old is saying Ronnie just like you. My 11 year old originally said HR but now he's trying to backtrack lol. Man I just don't know.

I think it's either future Barry or future Julian. For her to react the way she did, it has to be someone that's been a big part of her life.

Future Julian....so current Julian ends up killing himself to stop future Julian from existing. Wait, where have I heard that before? lol

Obviously the only reason people would ever saw Ronnie is because of what happened this past episode, but based on other reveals, I think it just has to be one of the more obvious guesses people have been speculating for awhile.

Though since I'm writing off the Ronnie speculation, it makes me think it's even more likely to happen since whenever I write off speculations, they almost always come true lol.

But if it's Ronnie, why would he be doing all that? Future Barry does seem like most obvious choice still. Future Barry became Savitar after the other Savitar killed Iris and his life went downhill from there. So Savitar basically is like a god. He created himself.

Ronnie seems too obvious, so it's probably not him, but I hope it is him because in all honesty, besides non Killer Frost Katelyn, everyone else would not be as devastated by his betrayal, like they would by most everyone else close to the team.

After the first two seasons, I'd like a different story than the core member of the team is really the big bad narrative.

But here though it's not technically a current member, more like a member in the future.

Future Barry as villain now, and next season Caitlin and some new character could be the main bad guys. Unless that Deveaux guy is one of them if we're comparing Flash and Arrow where Arrow referenced Damien Dahrk in s3 before he became main s4 villain.

How are people guessing Ronnie, that's super interesting. A big part of me thinks it's kid flash, aka Wally West.

Literally the only reason they're guessing Ronnie seems to be because of Killer Frosts reaction once he revealed himself to her, and people saying she'd only be so willing to join him if it's someone she knows like Ronnie.

It can't be Wally. In the future timeline they showed Wally basically paralyzed because of what Savitar did to him. Not to mention we've already seen Savitar vs Wally this season.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around time travel...he travelled to the future to see his future self. So, did his future self do this? It doesn't seem like a different timeline since he went back to the original time.

10/10 episode.

The CGI with Killer Frost and Barry flying around was awesome. When Barry snapped his fingers and create a flame from the torch...I giggled like a school girl.
