Re: Gotham
The addition of Dr. Lesly Thompkins is a smart choice. It would be good to see the woman that played the villain from "V" again. I really liked her character on that show.Comment

Re: Gotham
Do you think she's going to have a romance with Jim Gordon? I can see that they already seem to work well together.SpoilerAlso, it looks like Barbara is going back to Jim.Last edited by bradtxmale; 01-07-2015, 08:04 PM.Comment

Re: Gotham
I meant Dr. Lesly Thompkins. I doubt Fish and Gordon will have a relationship. Gordon is a man with principles. I doubt that Gordon wouldn't allow a relationship to take place. He's a cop and she's a criminal. I see Thompkins as the more likely woman to date Gordon. Yes, Fish and Gordon do get along well, considering they could be enemies.Comment

Re: Gotham
Well, she did work with Gordon in the comic books and in "Batman: TAS". I'm glad that they're staying true to the source material for this series, for the most part. I'm a huge fan of the animated series. This version of Gordon is a lot like the Nolan version that Gary Oldman played. Oldman was by far, the best performance I've seen of Jim Gordan, ever. I wonder if they plan to include other Justice League members into the series like they did in "Smallville". I'd especially like to see them bring in Superman like they did in "Superman: The Animated Series". Do you think that's possible, since we're already getting the Superman Vs Batman movie? Too bad, we never go to see Batman and Superman team up in "Smallville". Maybe we could see them in this series. Maybe they could introduce Superman where he comes to Gotham to fight Fish, the Maroney family, and the Penguin. The show does seem to need a hero besides Jim Gordon, at this point. The reason why I brought this up is because he did defend Gotham, from time to time. Me being such a fan and supporter of Superman, I would welcome this as long we can get an improved version of Superman that we haven't seen before. Oooh, I get chills thinking about Superman in this series. What do you guys think about this? I'm sure his introduction to the series, could come in Season 3. They could make it a 3 part event like they did in the "Superman/Batman Movie". I should be a writer on this show. I bet I could make it better. I'd like to point out that Gordon and the PD couldn't take out the villains, without the help of some outside hero. The addition of another hero makes sense. My point of this is: this show has a lot of potential to be the best comic book TV show, ever made. I also like the fact that this show is more mature in nature than the other Batman themed TV shows we've seen before, I like that. That's a bold choice. Sorry Batman fans, you can't tell the story of Bruce Wayne without including Superman.
Suggestion: Introduce an unique version of the Superman character. Make the costume a design that's inspired by the 1978 version of "Superman". We the true Superman fans, want to see new ideas of the character. The character needs to evolve much like the comic book version does. That's the main reason, we love Superman, so much.

Do you need to paperbag to breathe in? Love you passion, hilarious.
One point you made that hit me was having another hero to go along with Gordon. That makes sense, but when Batman arrives on the scene, Gotham is in complete disarray with only Gordon being the one trying to fight for justice (and Harvey Dent eventually I guess). I hate to seem that I am dispelling your thoughts, I just think Superman would be too large. Any extra help Gordon gets does have to get defeated.Comment
