I'm also very interested how this will affect decision making in the group in the future. This was an attempt to keep things more cordial, while Rick wanted to go more for a military-style approach. This didn't work out, not necessarily because of the plan itself, but it will be fascinating to see how the group dynamic adjusts now.

I'm really enjoying these Morgan shots and hope he meets up with Rick soon.

That was really messed up about Beth, was thinking it would be Carol, can't wait till February. Seeing Maggie upset was kinda crazy, I know Beth was her sister but she hasn't shown any emotion for Beth being missing that I can remember but when Glen went missing she was trying to move heaven and earth.
