It was actually the withdrawal process (as you know), but basically he was trippin'. I could tolerate some surrealness in a chemical dream/hallucination, but this crap was all over the place.

The scenes with the two girls were worse and more aimless then Elliot's psychedelic adventures.

Tedious.

It took me a minute to realize the drug den was a part of Elliott's hallucinations.

Other than that I liked the episode though it wasn't the best. Thought the scene with the girls was important in her motivation in actually doing what the hackers want.

I have a feeling E Corp isn't the 'final boss' so to speak as well

But the girl who walks Elliot's dog has no known ties to any of this, right? Are you talking about random events being Angela's motivation?

I don't mean as a direct motivation. I mean she just said and did the right things that spurned Angela into action.

I can only assume the ingested Ecstasy caused Angela to bring a virus disc into a "security" company, while using her employee badge which would time stamp her entry. Apparently there are no cameras to record her going into the "security" company.

EDIT: Actually that makes a little sense. She was messed up enough to be that reckless...no...downright stupid.

OK, if that's the case I missed that. Still, they wouldn't have cameras that would have captured her outside the building, inside the building or in the company offices?

I was hoping that it would be sorta like dexter where Elliot havked a new victim each week to go along with the story, but they went cold turkey with that after ep 2. Why?

I'm loving this show. Some people affiliated with USA and the show were promoting it at my school this past year and I thought nothing of it. Then I found out it's incredibly written AND it's related to cybersecurity/hackers (what I'm pursuing). I could see this being my favorite show when all is said and done.

Tonight's episode was great. Tyler's character is really interesting - just waiting to learn more about him. And that scene with Elliot and the tour guide guy (can't remember his name) was just so dark.

I don't think it's incredibly written, but I think it has been very intriguing at times.

Missed the regular taping , and have to go for the encore starting in about 45 minutes. I hope it's better than the last two episodes. It's the only show that I'm not crazy about, but I have to watch, because the idea has so much promise.

Yep much better. Got back on track
