Hitchin poured it on very thick in praise of Liz, so in TV land I think there is a chance that she gets her badge back, but is that a good thing?
Yea that's what I was getting at about her. And I can't see her getting her badge back with the way they were talking about it last night before she signed the deal.

Last nights show...wow...just when you think it can't get any better than this...it does. Blacklist is my favorite show on TV and Red is by far my favorite TV character.

Dude is charming as hell but also very dangerous, I love the way he handles whatever situation comes he and Liz way. The music was dead on last night, loved the meeting of everybody when Red was talking about the plan

Harold said "What the hell do you have in mind?"

Red "this is why I don't play well with partners, don't fret Harold, I'm holding all the trumps, I'll be the declarer, you play the dummy and we'll win the hand"

Lol There have been so many great quotes from Red on this show...love it

Show has been great but it has never really sat well with me that Tom killed that innocent (if my memory serves me right) ship guard who wandered into that situation where Liz was playing tormentor to him and no real repercussions ever came of it. Wessler annoys me too. This show is all Spader though and if he and NBC ever get into a contract dispute you may as well cancel this show as no one could fill his shoes .
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

Yeah, Red/Spader is the man, but they have a great supporting cast too.

Another fantastic episode. They are really nailing it right now. Should be interesting to see what happens next.

I was trying to rack my brain on the next baddie and here it's the Jim Jones type cult leader from The Following's last season.

Great episode, so, is Liz going to become the next Red and perhaps consult with the team?

From the ending of the last episode that's the way it seems. She will be an informant working alongside with Red and the rest of the team.

I doubt this will amount to much, but we'll see.

Great season so far, that's all I gotta say.

I have to say, I think Red misplayed the bit with the Director. Once the Director realized he was cut out, Red should have used that as leverage to expose/get to the rest of the organization, if that is indeed his goal. Just killing the Director and dumping his body was a waste of an asset, IMO.

I thought so too, until the final scene where he sits down with the new leader or whatever she is. If he joins them, then he take over their business and get the rest of them from the inside.

Liz would not have received her sweetheart deal if the Director wasn't safely released, so when it changed to "if the Director isn't killed immediately" the same holds true. No dead Director, no deal.
