It was weird to have some long standing characters just now getting their first non-Zombie kill. We're so far in it seems weird that that would be a thing, but the show has to separate humanity from brutality or something. Otherwise it would just be kill, move on, kill, move on. Some characters have to have that tie to their "old" selves.

What's the kid with the dreads name that Glenn was with (another "virgin")? Graham or something? Did they send him off on his own after he realized he wasn't made for that stuff or just back with supplies to the Alexandria camp? If it's back to Alexandria, he's either being followed for a strike by the Saviors group later or will somehow be alerted and save the day for Carol/Maggie.

Pretty wild that they executed that assault with no casualties. No one even got clipped. I mean I know it was a surprise attack but no injuries whatsoever? Even with the two POW's that's still quite a victory. And they have their own bargaining chip. I suspect something bad will happen to Carol or Maggie, or someone takes their place. Glenn probably since his days seem very numbered.
Yes, there was an injury. I believe Aaron got sliced by a knife. Maybe it was Abraham. Someone in the hallway, I believe right before the guy pulled the alarm. Don't remember who it was. But pretty smooth operating, considering. Reminded me of when the group went and attacked Woodbury.

Like I said I read an article that was basically making fun of all the crap the humans go through on the Walking Dead when in reality they would all be dead by now because of a nuclear meltdown.
With that being said would there would be no show if they addressed the Nuclear plants.
Maybe Rick and his crew should travel the world saving the Nuke Plants somehow??? lol
His claim makes about as many assumptions as the writers of the show could be assuming in not mentioning the nuclear situation. In reality the nuclear reactors themselves would probably not be the real concern as even in an unmaintained state the reactors themselves have fail safes and are designed to contain a majority of the nuclear material inside the reactor until it safely cools.

The real danger would come from the spent fuel pods that are housed in cooling chambers when they come out of the reactor. When those pools ran out of coolant then the rods would rapidly overheat and the zirconium fires would be much worse than anything we've seen from nuclear disasters to date. While that would throw a ton of nuclear material into the air It would not necessarily guarantee the death of everyone.

Chernobyl's exclusion zone was about 20 miles around the main reactor. As I said the fire from the fuel rods would be anywhere from 5-10 times worse. Atlanta is over 100 miles from the closest reactor so they would not necessarily have to be in a danger zone. While the atmosphere would spread the material Rick's group possibly could have gone this long without feeling the effects of it. The more likely danger to them would be that anyone (scavenger) that goes through or scavenges from these areas would start transporting fatally dosed items out of those areas including themselves. I've always thought that the show would include the nuclear dangers at some point as an uncontrollable enemy that would be perfect to introduce right after they come off a major battle with a human group that would work to just drive home the despair of the current world.

But the danger with introducing that to a show is that it becomes something you almost have to talk about and mention in every single episode and every single situation because they can't fix it and once it's an issue they would have to address every time the went somewhere, met someone or really did anything. It would only create exponentially more instances where people could question the "realism" of the show.

What makes me question the realism is the lack of people talking about being vegan or that they do crossfit.

That show did start in 2010, a few years before those things blew up in real life. So, +1 for realism!

I believe so but some of it was real emotion that she has been hiding.

She was playing possum with a little truth in her feelings. She's been on one ever since she saw the wolf's sacrifice, Sam's death, got a boo, and learned Maggie's preggo.

This may not come out right but I believe she was faking with the religious sorta tone she had on faith and all but I do believe her emotions were real just more to the point where she knows she can kill and doesn't have a problem with it and that is starting to scare her.

I think she kind of related to the red head girl and knew she was going to have to kill her and felt bad about what was coming. When she shot the girl in the head that was messing with Maggie there was no remorse or hesitation at all.
