Re: The Walking Dead (Season 6)
Unless it is a hallucination, which makes no sense. And is a violation by the show on its audience. That simply cannot be the answer.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 6)
You need to put that in spoilers. That's a major comic spoiler.--

The Walking Dead (Season 6)
When they slowed it down I thought dude was going to push Glen off and while he's getting eaten get away. I think and hope he's alive, maybe got under the dumpster or maybe put some blood and guts on him. They have gotten through the Walkers like that before don't understand why they don't do it more.

I can't believe it took you actually bringing up Nick thinking to push off Glen and get away himself for me to realize... his cowardice is what saved Glen here. Typically, suicide is considered cowardly, but in this case Nick knew they both don't survive this. He sacrificed himself.
I think this was more the cause of Glen's screams, not being eaten alive. He had worked so hard to toughen up Nick and now it was all for naught, or so he thought. I bet we find out very soon if Glen is alive when he "wakes up" and realizes Nick saved him as his last act.

And yeah, spoiler that Rick comment! I must've missed him getting nicked up but I noticed him favoring it. Sure seems like you're right.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 6)
Edited the post to add spoilers.
If I'm not mistaken, was it not agreed upon That comic spoilers do not constitute a spoiler tag for the show? As they have done many things different.

Regarding Rick
Comic spoiler
SpoilerI don't see Rick losing his hand that way. They said it wss a nightmare (filming and budget) when Herscel lost his leg and one of the reasons The Governor didn't take Rick's hand. Plus Kirkman said be regretted doing it in the comics. I think they are just doing the to make fans of the comics think it's coming.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 6)
How to survive:
Don't question Ricks leadership
Don't have Maggie love you.
Next to die : Morgan or the Alexandria leader.
Out of all the Alexandians, Heath and the recruiter guy will survive.
BTW, beautifully shot show and the score was Michael Mann-ish, thought it was great.

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 6)
One way Glenn can make it. MAYBE just MAYBE the zombies are eating Nicholas' body. Glenn still has the flare gun in his hand. He shoots the flare gun and the zombies follow the flare. It's a stretch to me but could be plausible.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 6)
I could buy this.
I personally feel like this is Nichola's hallucination. You can clearly see him hallucinate several times during the episode and Glenn pulls him back to reality. I think Nick is still hallucinating and he actually sees what 'would' happen if he shot himself in the head. He is then going to decide to not take the coward's way out for once in his life. He is going to swan dive into the walkers and shout at Glenn to run. Of course, Glenn can't run, but he can get into the dumpster and hide. He will be hiding in the dumpster for several episodes.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 6)
A hallucination just feels so cheap, but they're pretty much in the worst spot they've painted themselves into it appears (although given their record they could salvage it) but given the obvious choices:
A) He's dead, weak way to go but how do you escape?
B) He's alive, like others have said that would be a major jump the shark moment, once again how do you escape that's some serious luck.
C) Hallucination
Even though it's a weak death that seems to be the most logical outcome, obviously everyone doesn't die a hero in the zombie apocalypse and it sucks to see a character go out that way but escaping that horde is impossible to believe and hallucination would be a cheap cop out.
I'm very curious to see which route they go, I don't think he's dead personally and I love the show so I won't give up on it or enjoy it less no matter the outcome just my $0.02.Favorite Teams:

Yeah I don't get why, if he survives, they even had to do this. Just let him die or let him live, no need for these extra dramatics.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
