I thought it was a predictable type of episode. Let the audience recover, establish some relationships and personalities and start the slow build towards the midseason finale.

I don't think they think it'll really do anything but it's no different than the ol' spitting in someones coffee, it's just gross and evil to do to someone you hate, LOL

I really enjoyed last night episode, really like Ezekiel and Shiva. Loved talked he had with Carol to end the show. Great stuff. "To help get over the bad go over board with the good" was such a great line.

Ezekiel seemed a bit over the top to me, I actually started laughing when he offered Carol that bowl of fruit. Maybe he'll grow on me.

Overall, a boring episode to me, but I guess it was a necessary backstory.

I thought last nights episode was amazing.
But then again I usually enjoy the episodes more when they are telling a story and not just chopping off zombies heads the whole episode.
Love the King and the whole back ground he told Carol at the end.
He was spot on, people are followers and need someone to follow.

Out of curiosity did you watch the episode till the very end? I was thinking the same thing about him being over the top (but I liked it) until the very end when he had his talk with Carol about why he is that way and I totally understood.

Ezekiel is over the top in the comics when he's being his almighty self. The talk he had with Carol at the end of the episode is more how Ezekiel really is when he's not doing his King act.

They nailed him perfect in this adaptation.

Yes, I watched it all the way through. It's not like I hated the episode, and I think it's just one of those things where the more Ezekiel ties in with the rest of the story, this episode will stand out more.

I was just expecting something more, and need to be patient.

Very good cool down episode but with some purpose.

Really enjoyed the new guys, but I'm already dreading the introduction of the tiger, Shiva. They're totally gonna make us cry over him/her someday -- not unless if you're an animal *****, in which case, go eat Lucille ya prick!

So that makes Alexandria, the Hilltop, the Saviors and the Kingdom as far as settlements go, right? Alexandria really looks to be the weakest right now.

good story building episode, most of the fam weren't on board with Ezekiel but they haven't read the comics. I thought it was a great portrayal. Only way it could have been better was if Ricky Williams played him.

I would say the Hilltop is the weakest by far.
