Comic book spoilers and anything that could remotely be construed as a spoiler for future yet-to-air TV episodes must be spoiler-tagged, of course. But if you get something like Glenn's death spoiled for you in this thread at this point.......I question if you're actually a fan of the show.

Rules are stickied at the top of the subforum. There shouldn't have to be any spoilers for live TV at any time. But the comic stuff and future TV stuff I agree with.

Here's what it says for those that haven't read it:

I meant in terms of having something to offer. Alexandria offered Hilltop security in exchange for food etc. Considering how badly their asses have been kicked by the Saviors, they don't offer anything at the moment.

Everyone's asses have been kicked by the Saviors.

The Kingdom joins forces with Alexandria and Hill Top and they all rally to destroy Negan.

How they get to this point is season 7.

I think that was more of a prediction than the comic book story.

Yeah, cos they have the most people and firepower. I'm really just talking in-terms of each community's capabilities. Alexandria, at the moment, doesn't really bring anything to the table. They had the whole firepower thing, but the Saviors clearly top them on that.

Wonder how far the Saviors reach is? At some point isn't it more practical to relocate hundreds of miles away rather then pay Negan's tax?

                      I thought the same thing.
Then a co-worker reminded me that Negan's group will not let them get away.
Remember when they cut off all the roads when Rick's group was trying to get away from them?
I said the same thing, why don't they just leave that part of the country???
And I was told that Negan's crew will not let them, that they are always watching them.

I'm surprised there's nothing about tonight's episode yet. I loved it. Great stuff about Dwight and his relationship with Negan and more about how Negan runs his group. Fantastic stuff.

Totally agree. I know I'm in the minority and it's highly unlikely, but I'm hoping we have more of Negan and less of tiger guy.

Negan and Ezekiel are two sides of the same coin. They both create a sense of safety by creating personas in which their followers worship them. My gut tells me that this season will be about rebuilding society and how different forms of "governments" are used to organize and create a sense of safety.

You may be able to find parallels in WWII as the three communities that do not rely on fascism figure out how to deal with a tyrant hell bent on taking over the world. I don't know that they will do anything like this, and it's not anything I read in the comics. It's just something I was thinking about last night.

But regardless, my guess is that we will be seeing equal time for both Negan and Ezekiel.

When do we get the whole "how Negan got here" episode?
Will there be an episode that goes back and shows us where he came from and came into power?
