I am glad the series is going back to what made in strong in the first place, solving the blacklister mysteries.
We binged watched this weekend the entire season...Glad they finally got to more blacklisters....i like the ongoing story, but when it's all main plot it gets tired, the blacklisters keep it interesting.

This episode started off with a huge irony/whoa moment.

Let's see if anyone can connect the dots. I'll give you a clue, I had a crush on the lead villain from her L & O days and Crossing Jordan days.

No Tom Eggold, but looks like he is back in action next episode. Also, it should have been a no brainer for Lizzie to go undercover because she played a similar role in the first season and pretended to be a thief for Reddington's former lover.

Did I tell you how pleased I am the show is going back to it's roots of blacklisters? Also, Mr. Kaplan must be lurking really close by.

      Great episode.

Thought it was a great episode too. The only thing that threw me was how unlikely it would be for Liz to be able to go undercover because of how much her face was plastered to the news recently. You'd have to be brain dead not to recognize her. Especially if you are some high end thief ring. I mean really all she did was pull a Superman/Clark Kent and put on some glasses. Other then that I loved it.

Oh and back to the glasses. Damn did Liz look sexy in them. That and the slight tweak to her hair and I was like damn!!!

Seeing Jill Hennessey made me feel old, hadn't seen her in a while...same with the blonde, she was in a paramedic show Trauma for one season like 2010....

            Re: The Blacklist Season 4

The total "whoa" moment for me was seeing Jill Hennessey in the Blacklist and that same day it was announced her co-star from her Crossing Jordan days died, Miguel Ferrer, of cancer at the age of 61.

Also, he was in one of the NCIS shows as a boss too.

Anyone else noticed this episode was filmed in the fall(makes sense) with all the leaves on the ground?

Tdawg, I definitely agree about Liz's face plastered all over, especially after she was pardoned in last weeks episode.

I mistook Jill Hennessey's look of "Liz Lust" as "Liz Distrust" in the scene where Liz walks away and then turns her head toward the Crossing Jordan star.

Dembe is immune from any extreme "Red-tribution" as well it should be.

It was the entire package. Hair back, glasses, and the smirk of confidence she put on was just a way different look I haven't seen from Megan Boone. Became incredibly hot stuff there for a moment!

She lost a lot of her hotness as she gained weight due to her pregnancy, but she was at her best in this last episode.

This past week's episode was one of the worst/sloppiest of the entire series for me. So I am to believe that Liz can actually do "undercover" work given the fact that her face has been ALL over the news? We have already seen where random people come up to her and "recognize" her, so how am I supposed to suspend belief that this "harem" gang doesn't recognize/know who she is? How am I supposed to believe that right before they are pulling off a big job some random woman shows up and they let her in the club? Finally, IF they were going to go undercover, are there not 100 other people they would send before Liz?

I'm sorry...this episode was a total bust for me. It felt completely contrived and really was hard to watch.

I was thinking about that the whole time as well. Still liked how much Liz got involved in this one, though. I like her working covers with Red and Ressler, etc.

To each his own, but I will agree you have to suspend a lot of belief to buy her undercover capabilities considering the President just pardoned her, and that beautiful, recognizable face was already plastered throughout the media when she shot Tom Connolly, and replastered when Christine Lahti publicly exonerated her.

The Harem was always pulling off big jobs, so an ambitious newcomer who was vouched for by someone respectable wouldn't necessarily be a red flag, but the bad girls' prison connection showed that the "Voucher's" brother just cut a deal, so why would they only test Liz (who didn't pull the trigger), and then kill the guy for something else that happened with him? The only way Liz should have got off the hook was if she killed that guy, which wasn't going to happen.

Despite the excessive storytelling conveniences, I still loved this episode.

She's especially attractive, but her constant dour attitude turns me off at times as well. Combining the new look with her perkiness, she was put on a whole 'nother level this week
