Survivor 34: Game Changers

Season premiere airs tonight at 8pm EST. It'll be a 2 hour premiere!

Title of season yet again can be ignored since many people on the cast weren't exactly game changers, but returnee seasons are always nice on Survivor. Of this cast, I think Andrea,Michaela,Brad,Ciera,Malcolm,Ozzy,Caleb,Troy zan,JT,Tai,Tony are worth returning. Cirie less than Ozzy I think should be there 4 times, and Sandra I don't like having a 2 time winner coming back. Biggest target in the history of Survivor and anything outside of an early boot I'd be surprised with.

(I have yet to be right on my F3 pick,though last season was the closest I've ever come with the F4 containing all of my F3 picks. 75% chance one of my picks would win....and they all lost!)

This season might actually contend with Second Chance in terms of competitiveness. Everyone going so hard. Tonight was one of the bittersweet moments of these types of seasons. Big moves for sure, but sucks seeing people I like go home. My faves list is cursed. 2 gone already! 4 I don't like look to be long staying players.

Tony with moment of the season so far. Game literally just begins and he runs away and tells everyone he's going for the idol. Nobody bothers to do anything. I thought it was a quick joke like he'd fake turn to leave since everyone knows about Tony and idols, but he was serious! Sandra is actually really good at this game. 2 time winner,survived at least 2 tribals with biggest target in Survivor history, and convinced them to vote off the only other winner who had never been voted out!

I like that new twist. Game changer(no pun intended) for sure. Eliminates the split vote, makes idols more dangerous and planning more paranoid.

I was surprised she ripped tony on the way out and called herself the queen, doesn't that bring the attention on her? I mean she's already on the radar as the only 2 time winner, but now she's gonna flaunt and stunt?

I really thought they should've just stayed together. Hard enough being in a season as a winner, but getting rid of another winner and making target bigger on yourself? Not to mention as she said, there's no way a winner will win in the end unless it's against another winner. But I guess Tony gave her Russell flashbacks and she didn't wanna deal with that again.

I don't like her. Her taunting Tony as he left made her look too arrogant. Someone needs to knock her off her pedestal quick.

The more I think about it the more I'm wondering if that's why she voted out Tony. She knows sooner or later someone will come in and vote her out, but she wants to make sure nobody else has a shot to become a 2 time winner. If she gets a chance, JT is gonna go home too.

An underrated part of Survivor I find is the music on the show. A nice theme for tribal this year

Speaking of tribal, this is one of the coolest looking tribals they've done. It's not a set, this is an actual shipwreck scene from the storm they had last season. The lighthouse voting area is a nice touch too.

Come on! Stop killing my faves list! 2 episodes in, 3/3 so far! Sure, my faves list included almost half the cast, but 3/9 of them are gone already.

Sucks that in 2 seasons, we never really got to have many Tai-Caleb moments. That was one of the funniest "odd couples" ever. He was someone who did deserve to last alot longer in the game. Never really got to see what he was about(Survivor game wise) despite playing 2 seasons.

That goat scene....Sandra really is a villain. I get it's Survivor and you need to survive on the island, but that would've been so cruel if they did kill one or both those goats. Regardless if it was a baby and mom or not. The second they grabbed it and you could hear it calling out, you knew this was gonna be horrible. Thankfully everyone(minus Sandra) had a conscious. Would've been the cruelest moment ever on Survivor.

Just over a day left for people to get their winner votes in on the poll. Only 3 people have voted so far, but based on amount of people posting in here, we should have at least double.

She did not do anything when she won in Season 20 either.

She played a likeable game on a bitter jury consisting mostly of heroes. Parvati played the best game that season but association with Russell cost her. And Russell played to make it to the end, not win.

They wouldn't show them killing it,but they probably would the aftermath. In a past season someone caught a pig and stabbed it to death. They showed the aftermath when the guy used the blood like war paint.

I guess everyone's still too speechless to post! What a crazy tribal! Just earlier today I was thinking what was some of my fave tribals ever. Recency bias, but this has to be at top. Even if it ended with that vote! One second I'm thinking "This is great! This is why I love Survivor!" Then next minute it's like...



Seriously, my faves list...I cursed the whole season. Hali and Sierra are gonna be in f3 now. This season has been great but tragic. Malcolm was my #1 pick! One of my faves to ever play Survivor. Up there with Rupert,James,Amanda. No surprise, all lost! Cursed!
