Some shows not on the list POSSIBLY facing cancellation are Kevin Can Wait, Man With A Plan, and Superior Donuts.

      Awe, I love Superior Donuts.

At least, I tolerate it. It's the only sitcom on TV that I watch.

Nice to see them keeping Amazing Race. It's been getting poor treatment from CBS the past few seasons, hopefully they can find a proper slot to put the show in. 2 seasons a year might cost too much for them, especially since it's literally about a show with people traveling around the world, but if they are able to find a proper spot to have even 1 season a year, that'd be good.

Either summer(if they don't mind it running alongside Big Brother, and the less likely care, "competing" against Amazing Race Canada) or winter(during the sometimes long winter break) I could see as possible options for it.

No renewal on Big Brother? I believe they do 2 season renewals at a time, but probably announce it later in the year. 2018 is the last season currently planned, so hopefully they do renew it beyond 2018, maybe even having bigger plans for Celebrity Big Brother 2.

I like Judd Hirsch and Katey Sagal but I couldn't quite get into it.

Kevin Can Wait is mostly entertaining to me but in spots the writing is occasionally terrible.

Pissed at the news that NBC have pulled all the remaining episodes of Taken effective immediately. They will burn off the last of the episodes in the summer. A season 3 looks very unlikely. I really enjoyed that show.

Is Superior Donuts still lecturing everyone in every episode?

Yep. Never stops. Most of it is race-based, or at the very least prejudice-based.

There is a better little set of "serialized" subplots going on though, like that one episode does affect the next one.

I hate hearing that. I loved the show otherwise but I hated feeling "talked to" every episode. The writing was sharp otherwise.

I gave up on Good Girls after several episodes. I like the cast, particularly Mae Whitman, but it's PG 13 take on a violent and dangerous world doesn't appeal to me among some of the other show's shortcomings.

I'm still watching, but wondering what it will amount to if it did like six seasons in if that makes sense.

I really like the actor that plays Rio. And contrary to what you say about the rating, if it was an R-rated show we would just hear him throw F-bombs and the N-word left and right like a real thug, and it feels a little better to not have to hear that all of the time. It gets tiresome after some time.

It's mostly the tone of the show. Absent some bad words it feels sterilized considering the subject matter. Have you ever watched Breaking Bad which this show has been loosely compared to? Their use of the F-Word was as rare as a Cub championship, but they were able to constantly up the grit and drama angle with great characters in well timed situations. Of course the comparison to BB was a heavy lift for Good Girls right off the bat.

Looking at the tone from another angle they could have stayed at network level and spit out something like Shades Of Blue or American Crime. These shows either bleeped out or refrained from bad language but their intentions and attitude were "nothing nice" (LOL). A few Shades Of Blue scenes had me in disbelief that NBC could get away with showing them. Bottom line is it's not always about language, but more about attitude.

Of course the other problem is GG's "intended tone". Isn't this really a "network comedy-drama"? Once they chose that path they were kind of boxed in.

It still could have worked (IMO). I like both The Shield and Blue Bloods two series at the opposite ends of the police show spectrum, so I can enjoy a show with less attitude, just not Good Girls.

EDIT: By the way I thought the
