Yea I'm done watching. I dont like the majority of the new characters. The plot is just boring and recycled.

And it lost that organic feel a long time ago.

They should have killed off Carl or somebody else. Killing Glenn was a bad idea.

Why, they have changed plenty of other things.
Hell Darryl isn't even part of the comic books.

So unless something major happens (besides Rick and company killing Negan) I am out after this season. Completely bored with this show, I have fallen asleep the last two episodes.

By the way, the acting between Rick and Darryl's characters the last scene of the last episode was horrible.
You would think after all this time they would be better acting with each other in their scenes.
It was flat out horrible, looked like a couple high schools at a school play.

I've been kind of down on the show for a while and the had yet another tried, recycled trope with the Rick and Darryl horrible fight. With that said, I have enjoyed the last two episodes for the most part and there were two things that I really liked about this past episode.

1) The fact that they finally explained why the don't just always walk around covered in walker guts.

2) The helicopter - To me that's the most intriguing thing I've seen from the show in a long time. I'm very interested to see where they're going with that.

Hopefully, the momentum they've built continues as we head into the mid-season finale.

I was a staunch defender of this show, but this season is awful so far. They're setting up this big showdown, just like with the Governor, but it's lost its way.

This was probably my favorite episode of the season, other than the whole Rick/Daryl scene. I understand we got to keep things balanced between the groups, but Rick and Daryl essentially got an army wasted for nothing in return because their bromance took a turn for the worst for a few seconds. Did like the callback season one during the Rick/Daryl scene, when Rick said "Choke holds are illegal." Daryl said the same thing in a scene with Rick and Shane when they told Daryl that they chained Merle to a rooftop.

JDM plays a perfect Negan. And he was humanized a bit in this episode, delving into his backstory a bit with Gabriel. I'm also intrigued by the origin of the Saviors and how Negan took them over. Are the lieutenants people that backed Negan when he took over the group, or are they the original leaders?

So Carol lets that little kid go with her. I'm sure that will end well. Rick ends up naked in a box, ok then. Daryl and crew are going to screw up the whole plan by accident I'm sure. The Saviors at the Hilltop will somehow cause chaos. Can we just get to the Negan battle already? Then, can we work on finding a cure or a fix or something and move this along?

Finally got around to watching this past weeks episode (there was a time I looked forward to new episodes all day on Sunday, now I don't even get around to watching them for days. lol).
Very, very boring!
The whole story line with the TRASH people is just that trash.
For me any episode without Neagan is just flat out terrible and boring.
I am so sick of Rick and his one eyed son.
I will finish out this season and then I am out for sure.

Not the worst episode...but the damn trash people returning almost makes it the worst.

- Naked trash people....I can't believe I had to write that.
- Two days....they have to wait two days. No....everybody else is now deviating from the plan, going out in teams of two, which means the plan is going to fall apart in the mid-season finale.
- Savior got an RPG to the chest....highlight of the episode.
- A problem that has been occurring the last couple seasons. Half the crap that happens can happen in half the time. The show is spinning its wheels a bit by dragging these seasons out to 16 episodes. 10-12 episodes I think would make things tighter.

Show is really tough to watch now.....but I have been with it since day one. I hope it can get better. But not holding my breath.

I'm really just going through the motions with this show right now. Went from a huge fan and being hyped for Negan to show up, but ever since he killed Glenn and Abe it's been meh. I'm still enjoying following along with the comics, but this has dragged on. Maybe the next war our group comes across adds some much needed excitement.

I actually thought that this weeks episode was the best of the season.
With that being said that is not saying much. This show is just flat out boring now.
Every scene with the trash people is just horrible TV.
Oh lets make Rick fight a zombie again in the world of trash, really?
Oh and even tho we all have machine guns pointed at him we will just let him do what he wants. Really? Horrible I tell you.

The only thing interesting about this show at all is Negan's story and they show him for about 5 minutes each episode. And with Eugene's personality there is no way he wouldn't have already spilled the beans on scareface yet.

The writing has just went so downhill.
They need to announce that next season will be the last season and regroup.
