To me, Okoye is more or less looking down.

Thor just has his eyes on the prize.

I think it's good symbolism for their priorities.

Okoye lost her king. That's her sole responsibility and she failed.

Thor is king of Asgard, I'm whatever form that still exists. He is leading a race that was just slaughtered and then half of those that remained we're dusted.

The rest are unified towards resolving the conflict with Thanos. The way the characters are framed almost makes it look like they are looking up at another poster that should be to the left and above it off whatever they are facing in the movie.
