Sad to see Aram leaving. He himself has confirmed his departure to pursue Broadway roles. Can't say I will miss Park. Never liked her from the get go.

I was going to ask about that as well. I didn't know what that meant, but generally it's a result of actors doing other things off-screen. Thanks for clearing that up. They literally can't do any of this without Aram so I wonder what will happen there.

I was also going to post in this thread about that recurring dream episode, stating that as gimmicky as it started out it ended up being a tremendous interpersonal Aram episode, and I'm glad he got something like that (plus another scene with Samar) before what I am now realizing is his departure.

So what is happening with Park, by the way? Is the actress herself actually pregnant too? I'm guessing with the way shows like this work, they'll insert another female agent if need be. Maybe this next season won't require it though, or maybe she'll return back after some maternity leave. I don't really know.

Speaking of "how shows like this work," why is every Asian character's last name Park in shows that I watch? It was for the new doctor in House on season 8, it is for the one in The Good Doctor, and also here. I guess they want something that is just easy for us silly ignorant Americans to be able to say easily since it's also an English word, eh?

He did say he was not a few seasons back. So do they wrap this up next year and go for an even 10 seasons?

I liked the Park character not as much as the previous female in that role sad to see the other character go but good luck to him.

I will catch up with the middle episodes later in the summer when on netflix.

I inadvertently left the recording on default and forgot that they erase some episodes

that just hang in your box if you don't request save the whole season.

I did enjoy the 5 final episodes that I watched.

I never did like the the character of Marvin Gerald, although, the actor is good.

Just thought he was a worm from day 1.

A fragmented Blacklist team for next season, should be interesting who they

introduce new to the staff.

Just saw a promo for The Blacklist (I turned away actually), but caught that the end saying this is the final season.

It starts next week though. I was wondering when it would start up. Hopefully it'll blast through weekly and without breaks, and hopefully it's a full season, though I have no idea.

^ Yep, James Spader announced it at the start of February that it was the final season with a full 22 episode run. The 200th episode is scheduled for March 19th.

I just finished the ninth season and really liked it. I probably got a touch of Red-Liz fatigue over the years, so the newness was appreciated.

Realism aside, I thought the Harold/Find Liz Killer parallel storylines were well paced and satisfying.

I wasn't crazy about Red's tattered relationship, but I'm a big fan of the understated henchwoman sister.
