That Jack-Jamal moment was interesting. Maybe this is part of the problem, but I didn't see it being such a bad comment. Slip of the tongue or bad choice of words from Jack. Didnt see any bad intentions at all and obviously Jack felt bad.

Given everything that happens on Big Brother, most recently this past season, oddly enough part of it involved a guy named Jack, I wonder if Survivor showed this on purpose.

They absolutely showed it on purpose. I agree Jack didn't have ill intent, and that's exactly why Jamal informed him to be careful with his words. You can offend someone without doing it on purpose. I'm glad they were able to hash it out.

Also, this week's island idol challenge was weak, it was the same thing we see every season from a random idol clue. She could've had Chris Berman narrating how she bumbled, stumbled, fumbled the clue, and boom boom, still recovered it, whoop!

Someone jumped to conclusion a few months ago and everyone ran with it, but it turned out false.

Now it's been confirmed, Rudy has passed away. I hope they do some tribute for him. Wouldn't mind some quick video tribute instead of just the generic 5 second picture.

Ending week before Christmas, so they have to have 1 2 hour before finally.

              That Dan stuff was crazy.

Either this season had lots of controversy and/or producers are more willing to show this type of stuff. Big brother has moments even worse and producers try hiding it and cutting it out of the shows edit. Survivor went right into it and didnt back down, even breaking the fourth wall showing cameras and mics and producers talking behind the cameras.

And somehow he's turned into the victim?

Also, Kellee is now one of dumbest Survivors in history. James would be proud.

Kellee knew her name was up, she had 2 idols, she knew it was possible she could go home with 2 idols, and she chose not to play them anyway.

That was terrible game play and Missy should have been called out for it. Dan should have been sent home and Missy probably too for lying and making false statements.

He was turned into the victim by Missy and the other one exaggerating what had happened. They even admitted to it, using the touching as a strategy to get Dan voted off, which is downright low. Even a complaint about touching can ruin a man's life.

“Survivor: Island of the Idols” was rocked by scandal on Wednesday when producers got involved with a complaint of “inappropriate touching” that two contestants later admitted they exaggerated in order to win the game.

                      Both sides were wrong here.

Dan was getting overly touchy, and the others were using that as strategy.

Similar incident happened in an early season of Survivor.

That's how they should have handled it or removed Dan. Missy knew she was gone and then used it to stay in the game. She went to Elizabeth and created the lie. Then they went to Janet because they knew Janet would put the game aside and vote on morals.

They toke a serious issue, although not at a game removal level but definitely a don't touch anyone again, and made it gameplay. Missy sitting there and not saying a word terrible as she didn't own up to what she did and they kept putting the camera on her. I'm shocked Janet didn't call her out, specially after they all said they loved her. They took the game to a personal level and lied.

That was crazy. Not just the voting, but Missy flat out calling Jeff out for not recognizing that historic double immunity win.

No reason imo for Jeff to recognize it, and who knows if he was even aware of that fact. Not exactly a stat I think people are keeping track of as much.

Season by season winners I can understand, Big brother has a big issue with that very topic. But individual immunity victories I wouldn't have thought people would keep track of a stat like that.

Same goes for tracking how many times we saw 2 men or 2 women go into tribal with immunities. Not something I would've noticed if either hadn't happened before and suddenly did.

This is the survivor game I want, although only 1 tribal. Randomly split teams up for challenges and force players to play the game. No sitting there picking off players. Won't have 1 side controlling the votes every week.
