I'll keep impressions short for now, but was totally caught off-guard with the approach and kind of appreciated it, though it took me a while to see what they were doing as well.
I found some items to be disjointed and not totally understanding, but I wasn't dissatisfied. I don't know if it justifies getting through Kills to get to there and say that "You gotta watch this" more so than just the original and 2018 versions, but it still kind of serves as a conclusive statement for JLC and I am for that.
It kind of reminds me of The Matrix Revolutions in its deviations from what was perhaps expected, and I like that movie as well. They made bold decisions and I think they knew what they were doing with them. I didn't feel the same in Jurassic World Dominion, for example.
Loved some of the kills, too.
