I tried to warn you while we were playing Forza earlier today but you wouldnt listen. What is this about a destruction derby type game though? If there is one, I hope Cankle purchases it.

For me, I'd have to say that MS won at E3 this time. They have a working console on the floor. This is what we wanted. We wanted to get a hands on look at the machine and see how far along the games are in development. I was very impressed with what MS has shown thus far.

As for Sony, well, as a PC gamer that has the latest Nvidia Geforce in my machine, I am a bit tired of "tech demos". Nvidia has some of the most amazing tech demos you can download from their website. But they never facter into my buying the product. You know what gets my juices going? Seeing the an ACTUAL game running on an ACTUAL game machine! The PS3 looks like it will be a monster! And I will pick up this amazing piece of hardware. But for E3, Sony was/is disappointing. They showed movies and a few tech demos, but they didn't have a working console on the floor. So far, all we have from Sony are some killer specs and hollow promises. That doesn't seem to be enough at this point. I like Sony, but they sure have a way of being ultra secretive about their products. I don't think that plays well at a game show.

MS is obviously much further along with their console and they look ready to go and deliver. Having a living, breathing, actual playable machine on the floor makes them an easy winner at the show. That's a fact that somehow is being glossed over by the G4 guys. And that fact alone is what makes people feel that they are biased against the 360.

Hopefully I'll have enough money to purchase all three systems, or X360 and Revolution at least.

The sports footage has been missing, I've been wondering why.

Why don't they show some sports footage, E3 is so BORING.

It's called Full Auto and it'll be a 360 launch title, or pretty come out pretty close to launch.

Pretty much everything is destructible, cars are equipped with rocket launcher and machine guns and you just go shooting and racing.

Plus the developer or producer said it'll definitely be on Live, with up to 8 people, they also are going to probably get it over 60 FPS.

IN REGARDS TO THE XBX CONTROLLER....

I think the Controller 'S' is much better than the original xbx controller! Allthough I agree that the black and white buttons could be easier to reach the controller S really is a good controller. The design of S and the original was made to FPS games in mind. It seems to be a good control scheme for FPS games but again... keyboard and Mouse will allways be better than a gamepad for FPS games. I also like the location of the analog stick for sports games too. The location of the analog stick on the PS2 controller is not real great for sports games, but it works allright.

Go Microsoft. Go Sony. Simple as that. By the way, G4TV is garbage. I don't know why they send me emails all the times. I dont' even know how big their fanbase is. Must be small honestly cause most of the kats I know have basic cable. If they do satelite, they're looking at sports or porn. These are video game kats. It's all about what fits them.

By the way, the XBOX S-controller is better than the Sony controller to me with basketball. I play both and the controllers were even. It was the graphics that took me over the top as well as being able to play songs that I want to in the game. Beautiful honestly. I do expect both systems to bring the realness. Just waiting for a check or something like that to fall into my lap.

Actually by christmas the pc still won't have the capabilities of the 360 or the ps3. The pc's might catch up by late 2006 to early 2007. And the ps3 might have better numbers but the numbers don't mean anything since the ps3 isn't designed well enough for the developers to actually take advantage of that, which is why everyone is saying that the ps3 and 360 are basically equal. Oh yeah, we're getting half life 2 for the xbox so that's not really an advantage for the pc.

lol Half-life 2 on XBOX = no mods, no Counter-Strike: Source, no Plan of Attack, No Day of Defeat, No Gary's Mod, no user made maps, ALOT worse graphics, no HDR. You're missing a huge advantage, please PC's today are already ahead of PS3/Xbox 360 in technology, processors of today are faster, graphics cards of today are faster, RAM of today has alot more then just 512 MB (try 1Gig) The reason why today Games on PC don't look like all that pre-rendered crap is because PC devs are waiting for the arrival of "Longhorns" the next OS being developed by Microsoft. I gaurentee when Valve finally releases HDR it will look just as good as PS3/Xbox 360 games.
