Must've been some balancing thing, when I was connecting to matches I was unable to choose which team I could be on, it was automatically assigning me to a faction.

It depends on which rooms you join. The host has the option to make it balanced (which would not allow you to choose which side), or if faction balancing is off you can choose either side. Most games that I have been in allow you to choose.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll have to see if I can set a selection criteria when searching for rooms.

The unbalancing sucks though. Once I joined a room where it was like 11 on 5.

So no one plays this game online anymore? Lets get some more OS gaming nights going sometime this week.

I've just started getting into this game, finally been prying myself away from Halo Wars and SF IV. I'm game, I'll send some friend requests out (JRog1906).

Haha, I finally got the C4 Medal! And the way I did it was so brutal. Since the C4 sticks to whatever you throw it at, I was able to stick on an opposing sniper then I shot it with my sub machine gun and he well.....exploded.

Thats hard to say man, RE4 was longer and had more of the cutscene button sequences but RE5's Co-Op mode is a blast, add in the fact that mercenaries has Co-Op also and you can play as a decked out Wesker and I give the Edge to RE5. Plus the DLC being released has a 4 Player Mode of Mercenaries and a for player death match type deal and this game has alot more replay value. Killzone 2 is pretty sweet but the controls on multi-player were an issue. There was a recent update. Does anyone know if this tightened the controls because they don't feel as sluggish...

Can't wait for Modern Warfare 2....
