Just got home with it, had to pause it, I'm still in the helicopter taking pictures, the girl is on the rooftop shooting the zombies trying to hold them back. Any tips that I need to do once I land to get started off on the right foot?PS4: aBayBates

Re: Dead Rising Hands-On (Xbox 360)
I decided to explore the other section of the mall first so see if there was anything useful but there wasn't. I thought there was a save point since there was a door to a security room but it was a hallway full of zombies. When I finally kill them all the door is locked. For some reason all the lights got turned off, you'd think Jessie would turn them back on at least.
Finally got past those convicts, couldn't save Sophie or my chainsaw(drops everytime you get shot). About an hour between the save points. All I have is a katana now and my camera doesn't work anymore. Have to be some place at 6am but it didn't say where.
Best tip for the start is to make the extra jump to pick up the sledgehammer in the warehouse and try to find the book that makes hardware items last longer. Save the 2 people and bring them back to the room too, that'll give easy extra points.Comment

Why doesn't he have a DIGITAL watch? That would've been much better. I had a talking watch while I still had a watch. I can't read most of the stuff on the side of the screen either so I wouldn't know wich sidemission I was doing anyway.
Something tells me this wasn't tested very well or they would've noticed the near unreadable stuff, lack of save points and also the custom soundtrack glitch.Comment

not defending the game here, but "OMG, telling time on a non-digital watch" as a complaint is just messed up in general to me. I've known people where it takes them a while when looking at a normal clock to tell time and just roll my eyes, maybe that's just me.
also, i rarely see digital clocks that are more "stylish", in real life...i had my timex ironman with 50 million timers when I was running in high school, but now i've got a nicer real watch I wear to work and is appropriate for formal events (wouldn't be caught dead in my suit with the ironman)Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Originally posted by mgobluewhile the watch stuff i still find as an odd complaint, the small text on non HDTV's or through VGA is a noted issue, it's too small for a lot to read...I play through my monitor, so perhaps it's a lot worse on a normal TV, something Capcom should have accounted forNCAA: Pitt, Arkansas State

Well it's 2006 not 1978 so it should be digital. Also because it's in a shopping mall there should at least be some store where you'd be able to change into a digital watch.
Couldn't beat Carlito #2 so now I'm exploting one of the flaws for benifit. Maybe it'll make the game more fun and less hassle. I guess that's the best way to put it,I was expecting fun and got hassle.Comment
