How do you beat the exile in "The Witch" mission? She is harder to beat than agent Smith is for crying out loud.Comment

Re: Just picked up Matrix: Path of Neo
Well, holy crap!! I forgot about this game. Too much stuff going on this holiday. I gotta definitely get this one. I enjoyed Enter The Matrix ironically though it was lacking and all. Had it for PS2 not that it probably made much of a difference. Good to hear great reviews from it like it wasn't rushed and lacking. Still, I'm definitely going to give this sucker a spin when I find a nice one on sale somewhere. Probably on the internet. Nobody beat the game yet? I guess it's long like I like them.......Comment

Re: Just picked up Matrix: Path of Neo
I just rented it ( I am starting to use Blockbuster now a little because of the 1 month rental thing or whaetevr it is, and I rented this to waste time until I can buy my SvR 2006), and WOW. What a game. It totally sneaked up on us and is easily one of the best games I've played in a long while. The fighting system is great, going through every part is great. I would pull off some sick combo and just stare at the screen in awe. Such fun. This is a must-buy for any Matrix fan, and heavily recommended even for non-fans.
I have been laid up with a sprained ankle all week so I have played this game constantly and finally got to the end. So ...
SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!
I just beat Smith on the rainy level at the end of Revolutions. When you beat him, did anyone else who made it this far love the Wachowski Brothers coming out adn cracking you up? I know I did. They then explained how the whole martyr thing sucks for a viedo game ending, so they build a huge Smith made of all the Smiths and metal from the buildings and cars. I can't mega punch anything back at him yet, but I've only tried the level once so far. This was a great game and they hit the mark with this one. I can't wait to see what happens when I finally win.
SPOILER END!!!!!!!!!Comment

It took me about three-four days of about 3-5 hours a day (like I said, my ankle has me laid up) and I am just now at the end. And I tried it on Easy mode, something I never do with games.
It can easily take you up to 13 hours of pure gameplay, with extremely little filler levels.Comment

Re: Just picked up Matrix: Path of Neo
Okay, so I'm giving this game a rental, and I must say that it's beginning to kick ***! The moves and the combos are spectacular... much better than what Enter The Matrix offered us. I can't wait until the Burly Brawl! I must say, though... I don't really want to begin to use guns. The control scheme for locking and firing seems tough enough as it is.
Anyway, I want to keep playing, but I also want to sleep tonight. And uhh... I really can't tell when this game is saving. Does anybody know the save points of this game?Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

I want to get it but I don't think it's included into the BC list. I don't have my XBOX and I refuse to get it for the PS2. I'm waiting until then to up the resolution and kick back. I have so many games I need to start cracking open.Comment

Re: Just picked up Matrix: Path of Neo
Okay, so I just beat the game! Yes, I did rent it last night... but I think the game took me at least 12 hours of play total. It was a very fun game, and perhaps one of the most worthy rentals in a long time. Yes, the game is sort of short... but hey, I was happy with it.
I loved the in-game stuff that was directly related to the movies. The other ones were sometimes good... sometimes not so much. For instance, the Burly Brawl and the Chateau back-to-back were FANTASTIC! But the levels after the Chateau (the first one in particular) will leave you scratching your head. I do wish however that they had the music similar to the movie music for those fighting scenes. If you guys saw the movies, you would know what I mean.
Very well put together, and I didn't mind the slowdown issues once... even with 100 Smiths on screen. The final fight was very awesome, too. Kudos to the Wachowski Brothers for the greatest rental for a game based on a movie!Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
