Memory card error. Please remove and re-insert the memory card.

I keep getting this message. I loaded the software, then plugged the device in and it popped up saying it recognized the hardwire and then said it was ok or whatever computer language it said. Now I know that I've got to get the drivers from the disc, but I don't exactly know how to do that. So basically my problem is that the memory card has the wrong drivers on it...i think.

i dont understand this thing one bit. i save the file in the image folder. then i go to backup screen hit that. after that is complete then i go to memry card screen and hit that. when i go into the xbox hd and try to download my file there is NOTHING! What am i doing wrong can somebody pleas help. i have winzip but i dont know how to unzip file. matbe thats the problemi dont know. but the main question i got is how to u get the file from the image screen to the backup screen. im am so confused action replay was so much easier.

Just follow the instructions in the first post of this thread. This thing really isn't hard to use at all....lol. Just follow directions! :wink:

finally received my memory card that I won on ebay Saturday. I opened the transfer kit, loaded the software and follow the directions that you guys posted. Worked flawlessly, got the CH rosters and off I go!!

i followed the instructions im still gettin NOTHIN. i understand fully how to use the thing i just cant figure out what u hit once your in the image file. do u hit copy or just click on icon or open it. this is were im confused. do u need windows instead of win zip. if so how do u get windows for free.

I was having problems with my stuff. I realized that I had to install the drivers of which there was no immediate explanation of it on here. It's simple as heck. If you haven't installed your drivers, I'll give you a quick run into how to do it.

1. Insert the disc into your drive.
2. Go to your control panel
3. Go under the system icon (Classic View)
4. Hardware tab> Device Manager
5. Now if you have two yellow question marks, you can click one at a time. I assume it's the memory unit and then another one like the memory unit hardware or whatever. They will be for the XChange 360.
6. Right click on them and choose the "Update Driver..."
7. Select "No, Not at time" and press Next
8. Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)
9. Navigate to your "D" drive where the folder is located.
10. Click the okay and then next. Repeat for the second thing.

Hopefully this should help those who weren't able to understand the whole solution that was given on the first page. Good luck and good night.......

A memory card needs to be purchased; it does not come with the XChange.

How come when i installed the software on my computer the display, like when it first starts and you see which program to install the transfer or the action replay or exit the image is doubled and when actually start the program it it doubled and I can only select hard drive or memory card. I cannot click options or exit and the label with the time and name is way out of the box?

A memory card needs to be purchased; it does not come with the XChange.

I am running windows xp service pack 2 with an anthlon 2000+ @1.67ghz with 512mb ram
