I remember in that snow level, where there's a warehouse, you popped around the corner about two feet away from me, and I fired off a random rocket, and it hit you right in the chest, sending you flying. One of the luckiest/funniest shots I've made in this game so far.
We need to play again sometime soon... this time I'll try and team chat (I was talkin to a buddy last time), and maybe try get a little strategy goin' on.
Also, I added Klocker to my friends list.Comment

put GRAW back in it's case). But, to justify my $60 purchase I better give it some tray time (xbox 360 tray that is).
Is it possible in BF to invite friends into your current game ??XBL Gamertag: hoos4974

Re: Battlefield 2: MC - Reviews & Impressions Thread
BTW, quick qeustion. Whenever I play GRAW my mic seems to work flawlessly. However, that being said, when I play BFII I always never seem to able to speak or hear anyone. Are people just playing this game in silence? I was thinking either EA has some things to work out or people go silent mode in this game because it is so arcadey and talking is not too necessary.
Either way, are you guys hearing teamate chat? I know it is not my mic because I hear everything in GRAW. My son plays just fine without the mic because he plays this game so damn much he knows where to go and what to do regardless of teamate help.
But I am not so fortunate, on a few of the maps I get lost. My boy is usually sitting next to me telling me where to go. But if he was not there as I said, I'd be lost on some maps.Comment

Re: Battlefield 2: MC - Reviews & Impressions Thread
There's a bug with that Boltman. EA is supposed to be sending out a patch soon for it. Here's the fix for it that I found.
Ever since the news of the successful Battlefield PC game franchise coming out on Xbox 360, not a few fans anticipated its release. The minute it became available in videostores, floods of gamers rushed and bought a copy. The second they started playing with it, they noticed that there was something wrong with the headset communicator - but thank the gaming gods for apparently, the developers have noticed it too.
According to a post in the official EA website, they are well aware of the audio problems, particularly with the headset communicator, and they have offered some solutions for it. While some gamers may have just shrugged off the glitch (hey, what's important is your aim, right?), EA and developer Digital Illusions have taken some necessary steps to provide a solution, which they later on will release in a patch. For the meantime, Battlefielders are given directions for a short-term solution such as logging in and out of Xbox Live and deleting the marketplace demo that is said to be creating the glitch. With all the noise from the command tanks, choppers, and more than 70 kinds of weapons, I actually think the game would be better off without it, but then again, war without explosions, cries and gunshots is not very different from life with a thousand Jack Thompsons.Comment

I'm in for tonight
I'm Pacific time zone so around 8PT, 11ET -ish
Also don't forget, you do not need a friends invite to join in a game.
Just open your friends list, navigate down to someone playing the game , select them and then click "Join Game Session". you will immediately be connected.
if that option is not highlighted, then the room is full or they are not in a room yet.
also here.... http://www.ea.com/tips.jsp?dcr=ea&dcr2=tips&id=bf2mc
are two PDF files with tips on Deadly Pass amd Russian Border maps.Last edited by Klocker; 04-21-2006, 03:04 PM.Comment
