On the game I just finished, I had a high score of 50 including 18/9 and 5 flags. Funny how learning how to scope and aim works to your advantage.

My highlight was killing a jeep and a tank with C4, both within about 5 seconds of each other, on my way to killing 2 other guys and taking a flag. So much freaking fun and really frenetic action. Always something going on. This game is hot!

Brankles, Bdunn, Rusted, and anyone else I'm forgetting....good games!
Yeah, I just got done playing as well...

Let me tell you, it's a lot more fun when you're playing good

I finished top in 2 or 3 maps... engineers are the GOAT. I can't really play as anything else.

sorry Brankles.. i know you are sending game invites & i keep missing them (doing a hockey league also).. but i also noticed that people are just "base camp" killing - not just goin in there & shooting up, but having a sniper just sit there & take ya out before you can do anything.. it is most apparent on Backstab

Yeah, I'm sure I'll come back down to Earth tonight and be frustrated again. But oh, for one glorious night, the game was the best ever. :y4:

I think I have one kill ever with the engineer kit. I almost always use the Spec Ops kit for the C4.

I'm with you bro, I love Eng's, but my kid loves Spec Ops.

Only time I use SpecOps is when I want to turn a jeep into a rolling bomb. Other than that, I stick with Engineer/Support on most maps, Assault on small maps (Harbor's Edge comes to mind), and Sniper on the map with the water seperating the two islands (I think it is called Full Frontal, could be wrong, artillery strike is near flag 4 on a little peninsula of the north island).

I should probably use the Assault kit on the smaller maps, but whenever vehicles are involved I love being able to rush with C4 in my hand. I can sometimes get outgunned in face-to-face firefights against an Assault kit, but as I've learned the maps better I've become better at picking my fights and attacking from a point of advantage.

Has anyone played the Little Big Eye map? It has seven control points and it's a long narrow stretch with a bunch of airplane wreckage scattered around. I played that map for the first time the other night and it was pretty cool. There are still a few maps I haven't even touched....

now if they only fix the stair-stepped shadow aliasing and the extra loud voice-over when capturing a flag (oh and add a gamma adjustment for brightness while they're at it)... we'd have the ultimate online game.

As long as they fix the headset issue, I'm fine with the game. The other stuff would be nice as well, but I don't see that happening

If that's a small percentage, I dunno what a big one would be!

                              what's the headset issue?
No, I didn't draft Grossman on my fantasy team, what do you think I am an idiot?

During certain matches, you just lose your headset Badgun. You can see the icons of folks talking on the screen, but can't hear them and you can't talk as well. I sent you a FR as well Badgun.
