I wish they would move this conference to New York or someplace on the East Coast. I have to wait until the afternoon to get hands on impressions.

I think that I'm going to get the $500 PS3 to compliment my 360 for the exclusives.

That's your opinion, and my opinion says that it will. The GTA franchise is a system seller, very few franchises can make that claim. You have two systems, one with a higher price point. GTA is on both of these systems, but the cheaper system will offer downloadable content that extends the storyline. Which system would you choose?

Agree to disagree then. I think the extra content will be filler missions that are already abundant in every GTA game. I believe its exclusive games (not exclusive content for certain games) that make people decide between consoles (and after yesterday, price). I also wouldn't be surprised to see Rockstar offer something to the PS3 owners that 360 owners won't experience.

Yea the only reason i bought PS2 was for GTA and Grand Turismo. Now Xbox has GTA and Forza 2 so im all set now .

If it looks that good on 360 (they showed it on Vista) then 360's got another killer app. But prolly not. Alot of those Vista games looked superior to the 360 games.

Unless it's substantial content that adds to the plot (and I can't see how Rockstat could do that without compromising the PS3 version), I don't think it makes much of a difference. It will only matter to people who have both consoles. Rockstar wants to sell both games so they aren't going to make the PS3 version appear inferior to the 360 one. GTA4 having some downloadable content for the 360 version isn't going to make someone on the fence choose a 360 over a PS3.

No but a ho hum conference and a 599.99 price tag will/did.

If you thought Sony's conference was wack, don't expect more for MS.

I'm bout to cut it off, the only hot stuff I saw was on Vista. This is getting boring as sh*t.
