Yes Splinter Cell looked good. Not to mention it will be in stores this September.

Fable 2 looks awesome. I can see a movie out of it.

See this is why I am getting jacked off with the 360. It's the same old names, same old games. (Just in a shiny new package).

We've all been there and done that. Why do it again with fancier graphics? I don't get the hype.

And FF, people are actually allowed to not like stuff that you like and comment on it.

I'm over 30 and have played all the systems over my life. I also have high expectations initially so maybe that's why I thought the 360 games were all pretty much 'meh'.

Sort of like GT , MGS and FF series???
What's the difference? For me it was that Sony showed absolutely nothing that excited me enough to shell out 599.99 for it.
The Wii on the other hand has me wanting it more than the PS3 at this moment as my second system.

Well, you can say the same for Sony. Same old games, same old names with better graphics.

I am the complete opposite of you. I was uncertain about my 360 and then after seeing the future am pretty excited.

I must address the same old stuff comments...after a while everything is recycled it really comes down to presentation and execution. I believe in fiction there are something like 24 plots and over the last ten years we have seen those times a million in games. I know some people are ho-humming over FPS but to me its the world I am entering in the game and what excitement level it brings. I hated how short Halo 2 was because I was so into the damn story. I never really noticed the "three" enemies as you say because I was sucked into the Halo world. We are reaching the point now where artists finally have the technology to express themselves and it is damn exciting. Sony has gotten themselves caught in an EA type situation where they have been on top so long they have forgotten what it means to be hungry. MS is hungry in the gaming world and Nintendo had a nice ol dish of humble pie with the Gamecube.

MGS4 was the only incredible thing I got out of Sony's show and it had nothing to do with Sony. It had to do with an artist telling his story in spite of Sony. Man when Snake has a gun in his mouth at the end I actually felt some chills. In my eyes many of the developers for the 360 get this...Too Human is a story that has been in the making for ten years and can finally be told. Fable 2 will be able to expand what it means to play a role and the Live service has set the bar of what it means to play with other people. Bill Gates and his people are many things to many people, but when it comes to gaming the word I think of (well okay the first thing I think of for any of these companies is let's make some money) is impassioned.

I believe passion in the arts is always a beautiful thing.

I just finished watching the entire confrence, and I can come away saying that I'm a very happy 360 onwer period..

I liked the windows vista, I can play freinds on my 360 while there on there PC, and Vise Versa, i think that is great... Alan Wake, Crises, Gears of War, Halo 3, Splinter Cell DA, I'm happy.

I never owned two system at the same time ever, I just don't have the time, Being a Father and working, I would never waste money on two systems, yes I say waste, because I don't have the time like that, so it would be a waste.
