:y4: That's hilarious man... I haven't seen anything like that actually inside of the car... but I was in a gang fight, against Los Carnales... and after it was over, I went back to my pickup truck, and there were 8 of them standing in the back of it, just standing there. I was laughing my butt off. Took off flying down the road, and hit a Titan head on, and they were all launched out of the truck.

Re: Saints row discussion
two things, one advice and one a question.
advice first for the insurance scam missions
1. steal a cop car, then start the insurance scam. Instead of walking around throwing yourself in front of cars for money, just use the cop car, drive it out of the red insurance range, then hit top speed and back into the area. Smash either head on into an oncoming car, or even just smash into a building. You will be launched out the window and get serious points/money towards the insurance. Sometimes, from one accident, you get over 100k in insurance points/money(i forget if it's money or points, but u know, just the goal you need to reach to finish that level). It really makes those side missions simple and you can earn up to 60k in just doing the various insurance missions in less than an hour.
2. my question is about the hitman side missions. I'm kind of confused as to what exactly i need to do. I add a guy to my HUD. I see him there, but how do i know where he's located? I know that when you first start it, there is a small description next to each target for the area they are located, but after that you are supposed to look around yourself with no marker? I'm not exactly following the idea well. Also, if i add all of them to my HUD, is there a way to toggle the HUD at all, or does it just display the last one i add until i eliminate him?Yankees, Manchester United, Chicago Bears, New York RangersComment

Re: Saints row discussion
I got all the Hitman missions done so I can help.
Yes there is an icon when they show up. It's a crosshair.
The biggest thing is that you can put them on your HUD at anytime and you don't have to kill the exact person in the exact location. For example if you see a guy in a hot dog outfit walking around the high end retail district pause the game go to info, choose activites, then hitman and choose to put Bucky on your HUD then kill the hot dog guy with the grenade and that'll count for the hit. The crosshair won't show up for it though.
Chinatown Bill (there's another) = FBI agent so you have to have him on your HUD then get 5 stars.
Jackie = Ambulance driver. Just put her on your HUD then dial 911 anywhere and she'll show up.
John = Helicopter pilot. Put him on your HUD and get 4 stars.
I've finished the story. I hope the DLC isn't stuff that would bring closure. There was that rumor they intentionally left things out.
That scene in the elevator on the last VK mission was hilarious.
Can jump into a dumpster and crouch if you want your stars to go down. They can't get you there.Comment

Re: Saints row discussion
Yeah, Im loving this game as well, still chugging along on the hitman missions, been trying to complete more side missions prior to exploring deep into the main missions, already completed the insurance fraud levels thanks to using the cop car, which works like a charm, and the demolition derby missions as well. I have approx. 4-5 cars left in the chop shop missions, having just completed the China Town chop shop. Only thing I wish the game had was more cut scenes to add more of a cinematic feel to the game, the one aspect I loved about GTA, although they could have added more for my tastes also, IMO.Comment

Re: Saints row discussion
No not any random person, they have to look just like the person the hit is on and it doesn't have to be in the general area it can be any area.
You can kill any guy in a hotdog suit in any area with the grenade and it'll count for killing Bucky. You can kill any jogger in a red speedo in any area with the tombstone and it'll count as Juan...and so on. Just need to bring them up on your HUD from the info screen before doing it and it'll count.Comment

Re: Saints row discussion
Same here!
For me i'm actually preferring this to GTA:SA. I'd give this game a solid 9.2. There is just so much to do and everything is so smooth and well thought out. I found some of the activities in GTA very annoying and repetitive (like those stupid remote control plane missions) and i actually much prefer the aiming system in SR as well.
My only gripe is the occasional freezing (happened maybe 5-6 times since i've had it) but other than that i think it's great and my fav 360 game so far (just edges out 2k6, Oblivion and GRAW for me).
Do you guys find the game relatively easy when compared to GTA? I'm only 15% through so i'm sure it'll get much tougher as i get more into the main story missions.Comment

Where do you pick up the money that your neighborhoods earn? I've searched this thread and can't find any info on it. Thanks."We were expecting a miracle with Elite, but instead we got Jesus at halfcourt."

Or look at your disc, if you've got a circle/ring scratch all the way around it, might want to return the disc.
Back to the game itself, absolutely loving it. It replaced Madden since I got it, and I'm not going back anytime soon it seems. I finally got a new crib tonight, and my character is starting to take shape. I'm decked out in all platinum, so much to do, so little time in the day.
Oh, and IMO the game does seem to get harder. I'm at around 28%, and some of the missions have had me redoing them a few times before completing them.Comment

Re: Saints row discussion
I'm at about 50% complete, and there's no more missions with only about four more stronghold missions left. Is anybody else around this stage of completion? I just find it odd that the game's only half done, and there's no more VK, Los Carnales or Westside Rollerz missions and only four more strongholds.Comment
