I bought it cheap a few weeks ago and I'm pretty early in the game. I was going the whole stealth route for a while but that got boring so I just started running up on people and busting them up. This is yet another game I need to find the time to play at some point.

Re: Assassin's Creed
Yet another example of achivements being pointless and in this case a negative. I only did the least I could wich was only 3 of the 6 and alternated what I was doing so it never got repetitive. I have it on the PS3 so there was no point in doing all that.Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed
There was no reason to go through the game again, especially with all the **** you had to do to unlock different fighting styles/missions. It was extremely reptitive and easy to kill everyone. I would just go on a rampage and kill every guard in the city until I got bored and did the assasination.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed
I just picked this game up cheap ($19 used for PS3) and am very early into it. Graphically I was extremely impressed. Especially on my initial approach to Damascus, and just seeing the scale of the city. I'm loving being able to scale and jump rooftops but doesn't seem like there's enough risk built in, and I can see where it probably gets repetitive. But it's definitely an impressive first attempt; looking forward to Assassin's Creed 2. Definitely worth picking up on the cheap if you haven't played it imoHBO's "The Wire" should rank as one of the top 10 shows EVER on tv - period

Re: Assassin's Creed
This game gets old quick. I've tried to pop it in a few times but I can't bring myself to play more than 2-3 minutes before I take it back out. I might as well get rid of it sooner or later.Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed
I actually finished the final assassination this past weekend. The last assassination (or two I suppose) were amazing. I wish the previous assassinations were more exciting than they were - or at least the information gathering. Now I'm gonna try and get all the Templars and all the Jerusalem flags.

Re: Assassin's Creed
Just finished this game today, I actually bought it when it came out but stopped playing it. With ACII coming out later this year I wanted to finish the first one. As most have said, it gets a bit repetitive but I had fun with it. Looking forward to the sequel.
