does anyone know or has anyone got the warrenty from best buy and had to take it back?if so how did u do it?

I always purchase an extended warranty for my PS2 and Xbox systems. I've returned my defective systems back to the store and they always give me the option of either getting another one or giving me credit for the full amount of the purchase including Sales Tax.

It applies for all video game consoles (GBA,DS,GC,PS2,PSP,Xbox,Xbox360) and PS3 when it releases.

well thats f'ed up dude told me to mail it to them when i was on the phone with them,its already been two weeks,and i expect proply another week (hopefully)

Just today, my new 360 keeps telling me to insert a 360 game disc whenever I put in a 360 game? I try a couple of times, then it takes. Anyone else have this?

I have had this happen a couple of times with different games. I just reopen and close and it takes the next time, hopefully it won't be a problem.
