I miss this game being a Sony exclusive.

The more exposure this game gets the better. It is a fantastic game and I'm glad the series has taken off the way is has.

There's a big article and interview about GH2 in this months OXM. The developer said they are always looking to add more songs and asking artists if they'd like to lend a song or two. He mentioned The Beatles, which would be the Holy Grail for me. How much fun would it be to riff along with Get Back, Revolution, Helter Skelter, Day Tripper and I Feel Fine?

They also reviewed the game and it scored a 9.5 out of 10, with the only drawback being no multiplayer on Live.

I'm not sure, really. I think I just miss Sony not having any more exclusives, really... mostly just Guitar Hero and Grand Theft Auto. Don't ask why, unless you're not expecting an answer, because I don't necessarily have one.

My interest in this game has cooled off.

There are 2 main reasons:

1) The game will cost over $100 here (I'm a casual gamer and the price of entry is extremely steep).
2) I expect to see GH3 come out this November with a wireless guitar.

I know if I dropped over $100 for GH2, I would still buy the new guitar for GH3 because it's wireless.

Of course a wireless guitar and GH3 is all speculation at this point, but I'm positive it's coming.

We're still in the process of confirming the final details and continue to secure more licenses, though nothing has been announced at this time, we can definitely say nobody will be disappointed. We are planning on having more online content than anyone has ever seen in a game to this date.

The nail is in the coffin for me buying GH2.

Matt from IGN Nintento said on the latest podcast that a wireless guitar will come out later this year.

I'll just wait for GH3.
