bought a core 360 from them at launch,it broke,i sent it in,got a gift card with the amount on it.....proplem is that no best buys carry the core systems anymore and now if i want a 360 i have to buy a premium,when i've already bought sepretly the harddrive and hd cables.So ill have to spend and extra 150 on crap i've already bought,y in the hell would they offer a re-placement plane if they dont even plane on carying the idem after a couple of months!!?
