    Absolutely. It has nothing to do with HL2 except that it does reference to Black Mesa jokingly a few times.

        I've finally started play TF2 online and its great.

        However, how come the only map I can find in Player Match is 2fort? I can never see any existing games on the other maps. Is nobody playing this game anymore?

          I was a little disappointed in Portal. It was fun, but it ended right as I was getting the hang of it.

          That said, the ending credits were probably the best 2 or 3 minutes I've ever experienced during video games.

            Xavier, unfortunatly, This game came out at a time where so many other great games came out so not many played it online after the first week. And 2fort, preety much seems to be the defacto map that is played by those that still do.

              TF2 Maps Coming to Consoles for Free; More Portal

              The new Team Fortress 2 maps headed to the PC soon will also be available on the console editions at no cost, according to Eurogamer.

              The maps will come in the form of downloadable packs on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. No release date was given for the content, though the Badlands and Goldrush maps are due out on the PC next month, with a CTF version of Well already having seen release.

              In an interview with the site, Valve marketing director Doug Lombardi also mentioned that the company's hit puzzle-action title Portal will not be a one-and-done release.

              "There'll be more Portal, for sure," said Lombardi. "But the details of that, to be honest, we're still working out."

                    I played a bunch tonight and noticed more glitches than before. Attacking Soldiers can now shoot through closed gates on Dust Bowl. I also noticed dead bodies bounce all over the ground like they were having seizures.

                      Ouch. I haven't gone in and actually tried it yet but that's kinda disheartening. How's the balancing doing with the reduction in total ammo for the Soldier and Demoman? It's a decrease that's quite a bit larger than I expected in their attempt to balance it out. It doesn't affect me as bad as otherwise (I mostly use the Scout and Engineer) but still worrying.

                        I didn't even notice a change (and I played as a Soldier this morning). I'll look into that.

                          Just played Portal for the first time the other day. Beat it in five hours, although they were possibly the most fun five hours of gaming I've had in months.

                            how much did they decrease the ammo for the demoman? I only play as a demo and since (not trying to brag here) I'm often the best player on my team I need all the ammo I can get without having to go to the resupply every two minutes.

                                Team Fortress 2 Updates Coming To Xbox 360 Later This Year

                                Owners of the Xbox 360 version of Team Fortress 2 will be scarfing down sandviches and delivering payloads later this year, as Valve is finally bringing all the updates delivered via Steam to the Xbox Live Marketplace. That means new, class-specific Achievements, new unlockable weapons for the Pyro, Medic and Heavy, new gameplay modes and new maps, all on your Xbox 360.

                                Valve marketing director Doug Lombardi got that piece of business out of the way just before our latest Left 4 Dead demo, saying that the developer wanted to build up a massive update for Xbox 360 users before delivering. Given that Valve is being forced to charge for the update, they wanted to ensure that 360 owners were getting their money's worth.
