Revolver Ocelot was my favorite enemy character of all time (i have a thing for revolvers and i loved the way he handled it in MGS) until i came across Fortune & Vamp. When Vamp caught the bullet in his head because of Fortune and didn't die, i was like "OMG!" i seriously wanna know how some of these MGS bosses get their powers and what not lol

but still all in all, i feel that SC > MGS

I have always felt the same about the MGS bosses, they are some very powerful mofo's that sometimes have been a pain to beat.

Ohhhhh yeah. It seems like when I was lucky enough to get in a room, I would get booted or the host would quit because I wasn't on his friends list. PEOPLE, IT'S A FUGGIN' DEMO! When the retail version comes out, set up private matches to your heart's content. In the meantime, let's just play the demo the way it was meant to be played...as a teaser/sneak peek.

But nooooo. Sad part; when the retail version DOES come out, people are gonna be so comfortable with the level in the demo, that you're gonna have a hard time gettin games going on other maps.

Happened in BF2 as well. People were so used to certain levels from the current gen game, that you only get to play 3 levels online in that game.

Okay, end rant. Just a little upset because I spent 35 minutes before work trying to get a game in on the demo with no luck. I'll behave now.

I don't think that will be a problem at all. Well, maybe with random games. I don't have to worry about that though.

Well, I finally got to try the demo. WOW!!! This game is sick. I never got to play any previous Splinter Cell online before, so it was all new to me. What a breath of fresh air this game was.

I only got to play as the mercs and admittedly it seems like it'd be a tough go around for the spys, but what a great time I had before I got kicked from the server.

Hopefully the connection issues are gone come Tuesday.

Well, Tuesday Live is down all day anyway =/

Connections should be fine. Especially if you are just going to play people on your friends list. Alot of it has to do with people trying to get just their friends in and when someone random hops on, they disconnect or leave the room.

Try playing as a spy next time..I love being a spy.

Looks like it's gonna be single player Splinter Cell and TW07 all day then. I completely forgot that Live is down THIS Tuesday.

                            I agree.

Yes, it was, and still is a major issue in BF2, but that's because a host can't set up rooms. In SC, the host can set up the room and the maps. If you are playing with randoms, yeah, you're going to have issues with that map appearing a lot I'm betting. But if you are playing with a group, no worries.

Well I'm going to pick this one up on Wednesday and hope for some good OS games...though I'll be a total noob in multiplayer (never had XBL with the original Xbox).

                                LOL, no.

I suck *** in this game, but I can't stop playing it. It's like crack. There's something about the cat and mouse of it. Playing as the spy is awesome, but then playing the same level over as the merc, just amazing. Both have positives and weaknesses. It pefectly balances it out.

Say goodbye to GRAW..I mean that.
