If you have paid vacation, who really cares?

No way in hell would I think of even wasting one vacation day on something so trivial. That is just me though, many see this as a priority.

If you can man it out and just chill around, $23 an hour after Taxes is great for doing a big thing of nothing.

Sorry, that is not a great example of "manning it out". Standing in line for three days and smelling like ***, so you catch a quick $1,200 to $1,500. I'll take the zero!

After seeing countless people being interviewed and admitting they were getting it to sell on eBay, I don't even know if I want to try and get one. I'm mean, a thousand dollar profit is still good money, but I don't want to take the risk that eBay could see a flood of PS3s next week and the price not get over $1,000. But I suppose the closer to Christmas, the more expensive they will come.

I'm mean, a thousand dollar profit is still good money, but I don't want to take the risk that eBay could see a flood of PS3s next week and the price not get over $1,000. But I suppose the closer to Christmas, the more expensive they will come.

I think that it is good for people to make money, but it is a shame that probably a high percentage of these people are just buying the PS3 to sell on ebay and not true gamers. This is sad because then it won't allow a person that wants the system to play from getting one.

I wonder what the ratio is of people buying them and actually keeping them. From what I've heard, its can't be that high.

I was just watching FOX news here in Chicago, and some of the people they spoke to were selling the system. Then there was a pregnant lady there that was 22 weeks and she was selling it to buy a nursery for her baby. I don't know about system launches anymore, their not what they used to be about when we were growing up. People are selling these systems just to make money instead of enjoying them.

Doesn't work that way. Demand is constant and supply is constantly rising. Therefore, prices go down.

That's why if they released these systems with a sufficient amount, then there wouldn't be such demand to sell these on ebay. I was all about selling on ebay to make money before, but the more I think of it, when you do that your actually taking away a system from 1 person that might be looking forward to playing the darn thing.

I still do not understand why people are willing to pay 2 to 3 times more than its value when in two months, the thing will become commonplace.
