I just couldn't stand playing on this piece of junk 19 inch. I need to better my gaming experience and especially for Gears of War. Man, I'm pumped. Now I just gotta figure out this whole HDTV thing. I'm not a tech guy so I'm confused as to what I need, etc.

you certainly need the right component cables. They make a huge difference.

Yes. Just make sure the switch on the side of the part that goes into the 360 is set to "HDTV"
