I was thinking about buying this until I read the Teamxbox review. Doesn't sound like the multiplayer is that great. I was hoping it would just be 2 vs 2, but with all the extra objectives and bots it doesn't sound that great.

What makes it so awesome? The reason I ask is I dont want to plunk down $60 to only be mad that I bought it. I bought Frontlines, The Club and MLB 2K8 in the last 3 weeks and I am highly upset that I put that much money into video games. I usually wait til the demo comes up but i just went on what reviewers were saying and I should have kept my money.

So, I just wanted to know what was so great about this game. Is it just the co op? Multiplayer online? Or what? I respect the members on this board before I listen to IGN, Gamespot, Teamxbox and others. Anyone with the game please feel free to chime in.

Why don't you just rent games that interest you? Dropping almost $200 on games in that short amount of time (and not really knowing whether they'll be any good or not) just doesn't seem like the best thing to do. That's why I love Gamefly. I don't know how much money I've saved in the long run by just renting (instead of buying everything that interested me).

I would just rent it then. Game is short as it already is. I'd probably beat it in 5 hours then never play it again.

You are right .......unless there are random maps or something like that to play with a buddy it would be a rental game

This game is nice, I love the voice acting, tons of humor and comebacks during combat and cutscenes. The language is strong, very strong. Killing people for money is insane. Hostage situations and more! I like it so far, going to level 3 soon.

Then I'll log into my main profile and get the achievements again.

Its worth the purchase, once I beat the story, I'll hit up online, hopefully more people will have the game by then.

So the multiplayer online is just 2 vs. 2? Does anyone know how many people are online at a given time? I just signed up for gamefly (thanks for the heads up guys, this is going to save me sooooo much money) and I just want to know what everyones impressions were of this game.

Does anyone know whent the demo is coming out? Just in case my gamefly doesnt come soon enough.
