That game doesn't look that bad. The only thing I didn't like about it was they way they had those weird masks on the characters.

GOW ain't got **** on this game. In retrospect, I co-sign with the EA developer about GOW being all about graphics...Fanboys need not apply.
Graphics or not, GOW is still a great game.

That aside, this game definetely looks good, but you claiming this will be the better of the two after a two minute video is slightly ridiculous. Ultimately, you could be right, but as of right now, there is no way you can make that claim and base it on fact.

What part of EA is making this game?
I think EA Canada, and I believe it's some developers taken from Ubisoft who develpoed Splinter Cell.

My problem with EA is how they have focused more on exclusives. They have Superman, The Godfather, heck, they even have Jeep so they can use them in their war games.

Their trust is not in sound development, but rather in telling the consumer, "Look, you get to play as Tiger Woods."

EA has said they are gonna move away from the licensed stuff, which is why you saw them give up a lucrative james bond license. Then when they move away from licensed stuff, people will immediately talk crap about the stuff too.

It's still got some time until it comes out, if it truely sucks, it'll get it's day in court. I'm of the opinion that EA provides what sells to consumers. So if people quit buying their bad games, they'll make better ones.

I think that this game could be really good, but AI is taking it way too far saying that GOW sucks and this game will kick it's *** even though we haven't played Army of Two yet.

Anyone know if those were those in game graphics or a rendered video?

A presumptuous statement if I've ever heard one.

To be fair, people around here were saying GOW was a kickass, must-buy game a year before its release. There's little point in arguing over what game is better, if the person who started this topic hated GOW then likely any game to him is better. Might as well just let him have his opinion and wait and see how this game turns out.

I've had my eye on this game for several months now. Looks awesome !!!

Definitely will be picking this up even if it's only 2 on 2 online. Has anybody heard if it's definitely online and how many players ??

Gears was fantastic. Now this game does look decent, but with EA's history I wouldnt put much stock into a couple trailers.

Anyone check out the Kane and Lynch Trailer, Edios has a bad history and that one looked badass from what i could see.

Well, I have no problem with his opinion that GOW wasn't good in his eyes. There are people that didn't like the game and there were people that did.

But the way he titled this thread and then comparing GOW to Army of Two a game that none of us have played or only seen 1 video of is just insane. Wouldn't it have been better for him to title this Army of Two and make it into a discussion about Army of Two + he could have thrown in his comments about GOW not being innovative?

CGI... Show me some In-Game Footage, before we claim this title to be "INNOVATIVE"

I guess some people find CGI to be innovative, just like the Killzone PS3 CGI trailer last year.
