I love "My Name is Jonus". My favorite Weezer track of all time. Great first list.

Agreed! That song alone gave me goosebumps when I first saw the list. Also really looking forward to playing Slow Ride and Barracuda.

EG is the king of Guitar Hero info. I think he has an in with the company somehow. There's not one of those songs that I don't absolutely love and they'll be fun to play.

only Paint It Black, Rock and roll all night and Cult of personality are decent on that list IMO of course. Hope they have songs that I like in the next set of song releases.

Meh, Their ok but their not gonna get me pumped up enough to spend $60 bucks though. They did just release 2 other tracks though on IGN.

IMO the game's audio feels very poor right now if that is really GH III. So far, not impressed.

I'm hoping it's just early stuff.

I agree. The 80's track list is kinda weak too, but so far this track list is brutal overall.

That's not exactly what I mean. Watch the YouTube videos and let me know if the synchronization sounds right, or if the audio even sounds right at all. Missing notes seemed to fade the music in that first video, and the distortion guitar seemed much louder than the others and had obvious cut-outs which sounded absolutely... bad. There's also something different about the fret board this time around that seems sort of hard to determine the exact order at which the notes are coming. Sort of hard to explain, but again, watch the first video to I guess understand what I mean.

Was it the right move to get rid of Harmonix and go to Neversoft?

I don't think it was a choice... Harmonix was bought by MTV and RedOctane was bought by Activision.

Anyway, there's still time for them to fix everything up. I wouldn't be worried about GH3 at all.
