This article pisses me off. I can't stand when people whine about the game being "too hard". There's a reason that you can play on Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert.
Why should the game be made so EVERYONE can beat it without even trying? What's the point of buying the game then, if I'll beat it without breaking a sweat?
While I know playing GH or RB isn't playing the real thing, they atleast try and make it seem as difficult as playing it in real life. I'm sorry, but the 'casual' gamer shouldn't be able to pass Green Grass and High Tides on Expert. It's a difficult song in real life, so why should they dumb it down for Joe Blow? But apparently this guy thinks otherwise.
Personally, I love that GH3 is a bitch to beat on Expert. It actually gives me a challenge and something to strive for. Sure, I may want to throw my guitar down and shatter it into a million pieces but at the end of the day, it still has me coming back to try and beat it.
If they dumb it down, I won't have that.
And also, there's a reason Aerosmith won't be as hard. They simply don't have many difficult songs to play. I hope to God that Guitar Hero World Tour isn't dumbed down like Rock Band where only a 3-5 songs are remotely tough to pass.
