I've been playing this a lot for the past few days. I hate the long-*** train tunnels you have to go through to get to the library for Three Dog.

Train tunnelsSpoilerWhen/if you get the ghouls mask after helping roy at tenpenny tower it'll make the train tunells much easier. The ghouls leave you alone when you have it on.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. I played through this game twice once with a "good" character and once with a "bad" character and must have clocked at least 100 hours on it. Great value for money and one of my fav games of all time.Comment

So true. This game and having a normal productive life really don't mix.

Re: Fallout 3
Just got this game, should be coming in the mail tomorrow. I'm probably going to be disappointed just because my hopes are so high with all of the reading online I've done and the fact that I only play sport games and Prince of Persia games, which are very easy but very fun.
Other issue I have is in case I do love the game like everybody else and am addicted to it, I don't know if I should start playing it this week. With thanksgiving coming up, I'm gonna be out of the house for almost the whole week with family/friends time and a vacation, since we're already leaving town I figure we might as well travel and get personal time; I don't know if I should just wait until after I come back to play it and hopefully get addicted or just play for the three days before thanksgiving.
BTW, in case I do love the game, what DLC do you guys recommend? My football alliances: E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles AND Hokie Hokie Hokie HiComment

Re: Fallout 3
Broken Steel and The Pitt for sure.
BTW, you are putting WAY too much thought into the game. Just sit back and enjoy it for what it is. Don't put pressure on yourself to like it. Be aware it does take a couple of hours for the game to get going. Once you reach the Wastelands you are ready to go.NCAA: Michigan Wolverines
MLB: St. Louis Cardinals
NHL: St. Louis Blues
NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers
EPL: Liverpool RedsComment

Re: Fallout 3
Why didnt you get 'Game of the Year' version? It was all the DLC on it.
Anyways, this game took up all my Thankgiving playing time over MW2. Exploring the land is awesome & that alone takes hours to do, trying to find all these places. I've done alot of the side quests & most of the main. Just need the DLC stuff & im done!"In a year that has been so improbable, the impossible has happened." - Vin Scully

Re: Fallout 3
I haven't played this game in a while but I am itching to get back into it. Trying to finish the main story before tackling any of the DLC (I have the GOTY version). Approximately how long did it take some of you to finish the main storyline and sub-missions?Currently Playing
