I thought the setting, the characters, and the plot for The Pitt were solid. Bethesda, IMO, needs to tighten up their enemy/NPC A.I. quite a bit. I just got through playing F.E.A.R 1 a couple of weeks ago and that A.I. was very good, especially for a 3 year old game.
Although it may be contraindicated to the "do anything" kind of games they like to make, I think they should script many of the enemy encounters in a way that makes the enemy more formidable and less like clueless sheep.
I didn't encounter any of the bugs that seem to plague so many other people, so that didn't hamper my experience. Using IGN's scale, I give it a "7.8".
