Looking forward to this. I have read nothing but great things and I didn't get a chance to play the beta so I can't wait to get my hands on this.

So how was the beta, my 360 was away getting fixed at the time I got my token. So I just gave my token to JohnnytheSkin. What weapons and grenades could you use. Did the weapon have recoil and what about the perks.

Some weapons had recoil (the AK-47 had alot of kick), but many on the Beta forums were complaining that the other weapons did not have enough recoil. The semi-automatic sniper rifle was one that I felt did not have enough. You could get rapid fire shots off while using the scope and barely have the reticle move on you.

I played the demo more than anything. I actually played the demo more when halo came out. There is recoil on the weapons, but like the m4 is very limited recoil. Grenades were regular, flash, C4, trip bombs, you can attach a grenade launcher on assault rifles and laser site.. Perks are a ton, you can sprint for longer times, stronger bullet power, bullets that can shoot through walls, last stand (when you die, you get one more chance to pull out your pistol and get a couple more shots to get another kill before you die). Too many to mention there are a ton of them. and they were limited in the demo.

Just downloaded the demo. Now THIS is an intense game!

I've got one game for the 360 and one for the PS3. This will definitely be #3 come November.

I hope they release the single-player demo on the 360. My PC can't handle it.

They haven't really said anything on the site. I'm assuming because it is very close to release date but they can still shoot it out there to bring the hype back up again. I also heard it looks way better on PC, obviously.

I remember during the E3 thing they said something about a multiplayer and single player demo before release.

Just pre-ordered my copy of the game. Excited about this game, but I am used to playing NCAA in leagues here on OS which has scheduling and such, and Im just wondering what yall do in order to get a bunch of OS'er together to play.

There will be a thread in the Online Gaming forum. We set up times, and go from there.

It is fine, I didn't see alot of peeps in the Halo 3 forum that was on my FL but when I got the game my whole FL was filled with friends playing H3.
