    Spider-Man 3 Impressions (THE GAME)

    Since I already have the game (how I got it will remain classified) I thought I might as well start the impressions thread, so when others get it they can join in on the fun.

    I've got the PC version, and the sound is really messed up. I'm not sure if it's just my copy, but if it isn't I would recommend something..other.

    The web-slinging is mad fun though. There are a lot of upgrades such as speed, tricks, and maneuvers when you're swingin' through the city.
    The graphics look really polished, and the textures are just beautiful.

    I recommend buying this game, not for the sole-purpose of being spider-man and webbing through NYC, but the gameplay is just tight.

    EDIT: For those of you that like to play the game and beat it once, and never play it again, the game is a lot longer than the last 2. Completing it should take a while.

      can you just web sling around and do whatever you want ala grand theft auto, free roam and ignore other crap until you are ready?

          Yeah. It's fun at times, but after a while it can get boring. I love doing the missions though.

              Ok cool, well my main thing I want to do is get some 40's of Old English, crack open the game, then just websling and explore and occasionally web up random people for the heck of it while getting all drunk off my @ss. That's what I plan to be doing the day I get this game.

                  Just say you downloaded it bro. I have it too and without the missions, web slinging and crime fighting gets very boring. It's a big city but theres really not much to explore.

                                  I will be at the movie theater for the mid night release and in the morning I shall be up by reserved copy. Taken work off Friday to play super hero for the day.

                                          That's what I was wondering, has NOBODY broken street date? I kind of expected to come in here and see a few people had gotten their hands on it. I guess they are being pretty strict on it and releasing it with the movie simultaneously.

                                              I've seen it for sale here, but only the 360 version, since I'm still debating, I haven't picked it up.

                                              Freezeframe obviously doesn't have it, or he'd be breaking TOS, especially after I specificially said not to discuss it...

                                                  The 360 version is out here. My friend was playing it last night. He just told me it was really good but he had to stop playing because it spoils parts of the movie.

                                                          What really pisses me off is how I beat the game and now I know basically how the movie ends. Friggen great.
