I'm pretty disappointed in the way Bungie, XBOX Live, and Major Nelson have handled this. First update almost 12 hours later? Thanks a lot.


Edit: well damn that was fast, it changed from 2-4 hours to 3-6. this is worse than cable companies telling you they will be there sometime between 8 and 5.

I'm going in early for work tomorrow, they are doing a footwear move so i'll go in to help. If the beta is released, I don't need sleep.

EDIT: I just realized it's 3-6 hours till it is up, then let's not forget we have to actually download the thing. What a disaster.

as for not reporting to us sooner... kind of hard for Bungie to tell you what's what when you still have NO IDEA what's causing the problem. Evidently they just found the problem (in code) an hour ago.

what are they going to say... "we have no idea why the DL is hosed... " every 2 hours?

LOL@ everyone who took a day off from work, a day off from school or whatever to play Halo 3 and it won't be available until people would of been off of work and out of school anyway.
