I should have never tried this demo. Now my anticipation is through the roof. Ugh.

I knew this would happen. Story is very intriguing.

I felt the same way, I was so drawn into the story, I didn't even think about the quality of voice acting or anything else. I guess that's what a great game is supposed to do, draw you in and make you part of the experience.

Word to the wise about the demo (non-spoiler related): When leaving the Crime Scene, don't approach the two guys on the passenger side of your car. The game freezes and your ears will be suffering as a result.

The first time I played Shelby's level I hit "buy" instead of "trick" in the room with the woman, so it escalated to the fight pretty soon. The second time I tricked her and got the whole conversation...it was pretty cool. That second time, I also got my *** kicked to see how it'd play out because I had won the fight the first time.

I really didn't care for Norman Jayden's level...it just seemed too gimmicky with the glasses and glove. Nothing to ruin the game or change my mind on it, of course. It was just a step down after how natural Shelby's level was.

Yeah, almost made me jump out of my seat as I had the volume pretty loud.

Awesome game though. The fight scene was pretty intense and the crime scene was very intriguing.

I knew, from day one, what type of game I was hyping myself up for. I knew it was going to be a quick-time game based of off real-time button prompts and whatnot. I knew there were going to be scenes and moments that are/were ho-hum. I don't understand what some of you were expecting. Better voice acting, perhaps? I dunno.

It is just a demo, afterall. I'm sure the actual final product will offer different degrees of gameplay and puzzles/riddles to solve. Still, some of you guys need to take it for what it is- a "movie-like" gaming experience with the highs and lows of an actual movie script. Absorb yourself into the game and treat it as such, and I'm sure it will be a lot more enjoyable for some. This is just my opinion, though. Treat it as such. Not everyone will enjoy this game. I, for one, will.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, though. That's what makes this such a great country (America, that is).

When games get hyped up or get a lot of word-of-mouth from fellow gamers it always eventually attracts people who normally wouldn't whatever type of game it is. Then theres disappointment when they actually play it.

I believe on amazon you get the DLC as well, I pre-ordered the show through amazon with release day shipping and they have the stadium DLC included. I have $50 in gamestop credit so I'll be picking up Heavy rain there.
