The Big Daddy Hypnosis one is incredibly fun.

Once you get a crossbow, the freeze one comes in handy, as it is a great combo to freeze someone and use the crossbow.

Just finished the game. Apparently I was on the last level and didn't even realize it, lol.

I'll probably start over again tonight and try to rescue all the girls.

I don't have too many yet. So far I like shock and tk the most (didn't like tk at first until it just helped me get past a daddy).

I haven't used it yet, but I just got one that makes big daddies think you are little sisters and they protect you. Hopefully that one is as cool as it sounds.

I don't like the freeze one either.

I'm liking the other power ups too, like the extra powerful wrench and static discharge when you get hit. I'm thinking of trying to turn my guy into a wrench wielding maniac and taking on all comers with wrench alone on a 2nd run through after I beat the game.

LOL, I thought about that too. Imagine taking down a Big Daddy with a wrench. Not happening.

I am really liking this Tonic I have which makes you almost invisible when you are standing still. It was a life-saver when I triggered an alarm and hid and saw 3 security bots fly right by me and out the door. Happened with a Big Daddy too when I hit him with Enrage and he killed off the enemies and then he saw me and came after me. I hid in a corner, heard him looking for me, but I managed to stay hidden long enough for the effect to wear off. I was actually really scared, hearing his booming yell and footsteps are he searched for me because I was in a dead-end and would have gotten massacred if he would have spotted me.

When you take a picture of a splicer with the camera, do they have to be alive? Or is it OK if they are dead?

I have to look for the research camera to check the crazy broads on the walls.

Alright.

For the "mission" part, they're dead.

For random, personal research....they can be dead or alive. Alive will give you more points/information, but dead will work fine.

New question, where in the hell are the BD Boots!? I cant seem to find them anywhere.

They are in the memorial library.

It's on the second floor, you have to leave the compound and take a left out of the door. There are signs on the floor.

So Arcadia...is it midway through the game? A third of the way? I'm right at the point where I have to go find some chick.

It's crazy, I've been up until 1am for the last three days and don't think I'm that far in. I guess I could scale back all the hunting and exploring...

There are....

4 levels after Arcadia, I believe. Overall you're about 1/3 or so through and haven't even gotten to all of the best parts.

Also, if anyone wants a nice combination to take down Big Daddies easily....send me a PM. All I've been doing since beating the game is going back through, level by level, searching for the Power to the People stations and hunting BD different ways.

I'm on the mission where I'm supposed to become a big daddy, so there might be answers toward the end of the game. My question is, did Andrew Ryan know that Atlas was Fontaine the whole time? Also, who was in the submarine that got blown up that supposedly was holding Atlas's family?
