How come I keep getting a stall warning in pro mode ?? This game is going to be hella fun when we all get together. I still need to get a head set. Will and BLue Tooth head set work? If I got one will it work for the 360 too ?

You're flying too high. That's the game's "ceiling": Fly too high and you stall.

I was on vacation with the family but managed to stop by a Best Buy and pick up a copy. Will be installing it later tonight. From the impressions it sounds great

I think you have to hold down R1 for a few seconds. You'll see and hear the target being locked on. Once it's locked, release R1 and it fires.

edit. do you mean L1, that is the missle button. R1 is maching gun.

Well I checked a Toys 'R' Us and a few other non-game stores earlier and no one had it.

If we head out to eat tonight I'll try one more, but it looks like it might be tomorrow when I can try this one out.

Download it ! I downloaded it and had the game in an hour.


I have been playing for 2 hours straight. Nothing but dog fighting. It is so fun. Glad to finally use my PS3.

I think he wants the headset, for $20, can't really blame him. I would rather not have to use the disc everytime, but in the end, it really doesn't matter. It is nice to have a case and instructions, but I can guarantee you can't trade this game in to Gamestop, as it has no UPC.

Is the headset worth the extra money? I've got a Verizon/Motorola BT Headset. Might save myself the money, and download this game.

It's just a basic bluetooth headset. I didn't own one, so for me, yes. Although I could have used the USB headset I already have, but I like the no wires thing. But if you have one, I'd download it.

I'll check into it when these storms pass through. I loved BF 1942, althought my crappy computer ran it poorly I'd play it every night back in the day.

That surprises me since it doesn't have a UPC...all the more reason to buy the retail version, glad I did. Although, I won't be getting rid of this for a long, long time.

Yeah, I want the headset...can't play a team based game w/o communication (well you can, but why?).
