did you beat it? how many gangs you have left?

Just beat it last night after having another 10+ hour marathon session. I also completed the Hitman and Chop Shop activities. Awesome game. I'm at 67% complete.

A few cool things I found out that everyone should try...
1) Explore the newly renovated Saints Row church for some cool background info.
2) You can sky dive off really high buildings. Just jump off and a prompt will pop up in a second ir two telling you to press Y to deploy your parachute.
3)There is a secret Volition island several miles almost due west up your lighthouse crib on the prison island.
4)Make sure that after you "beat the game" you explore police headquarters thoroughly. It's in the southern section of the Saints Row district between Harrowgate and Athos Bay.

I have a funny story about this game. I was going to play a ronin mission but i stopped to hassle people in the graveyard. I went up to this empty grave as there was a living woman lying in there. As i walked up i saw something fall from the sky and land in the grave. It landed perfect right there in it. Guess what it was, it was a pilot that had fell from an airplane, he was of course dead but it just landed right in there it amazed me.

Overall, i'm really liking this game i think it is better than GTA4 even though they are different games. I just think this game is more fun than GTA and plus it has The Final Countdown.

That story is hilarious.

I'd have to disagree about SR and GTA being different games. They are almost EXACTLY the same game. The developers or SR even publicly said that they completely ripped off GTA because it is such a great series but they thought they can add some stuff to make it even better with SR1.
The music in the game, at least the 80's and rap, is pretty good.

There's at least 3 more smaller islands (but they still count cause they're named),a priate ship and some odd thing with a bunny I've yet to figure out how to do.

I'm also assuming there's a Mherman somewhere. I haven't seen anyone said they've found it but there's a sign that says beware of him and he's flippered and dangerous.

its in the ocean...technically you don't see him at least i didn't. but you see a huge tail in the water.

Congrats i just finished all the missions and all i have to say is this was a very fun game.

Those hidden islands,bunny and pirate ship are all on the same side of the map. Has anyone checked the other 3 sides?

Or is part of it due to me being partly spoiled by GTA?
